VERY SMALL- Amazing how hot water gets!
For a water heater this thing is TINY. Think smaller than a shoebox! Trick is in the flow at the faucet.Increase hot temp on unit, slow hot water flow at faucet and then add some cold water.NOT gonna be high pressure but with right adjustment and can get over 120 temp hot water.Easily using for a shower, bathroom and kitchen sink. Much better unit than the Larger gas tankless one I installed in another home just last year.Couple of concerns- minimal instructions and simply says "30amps" ( very doubtful for this small a unit actually uses 30amps but to be code correct had to install a 40 amp breaker)Also pre-installed cord comes out the top, is too small a wire size if this really IS 30 amps. And extremely easy but and totally UNRELIABLE mounting bracket. Unit came off a couple times during plumbing install. Clamp pipes to the wall will hold unit in place.Have only had unit a couple days and so far happy but did get an "error code: E4". After second shower. ZERO instructions on what to do about it or clear it. And tiny included "manual" simply says"E4 - incoming water temp above 60 "?????????? Could not tell if unit would power ON/OFF because it just kept flashing "E4"Came back a couple hours later. Unit was off. Powered ON and have used a bout 24 hours since ( a shower, cleaned kitchen, hand washed dishes ) and no error again. Doubtful that this will work for a dish washer or clothes washer.

Good value but you need to be patient
This will be a long review. This unit replaced a 40 gallon standard water heater in a double-wide mobile home serving two people. We use this for shower only even though it is plumbed for the entire house. The package contains everything shown and was packaged carefully. There is a good pre-filter for the input side.Pros:Supplier is very responsiveThis unit will pay for itself in a short period of timeInput filter supplied should prolong the life of the unitNeutral:You will need to be patient if using this in a shower as it will take some time to determine the mix of hot to cold in order to prevent 'hot spots'.If the power goes out, this must be reset: Good is that it prevents the potential for failure when power comes on - Bad is that it must be in an accessible place.Negative:Supplied water lines are inferior. They are 'flat' washered. Be prepared to spend a few extra bucks getting a standard conical washered water lines...even with the few extra bucks you will spend, this is unit is a good value. The shower hose and head are inferior as well - failed within a day or so; however, a reaplacement is about $10 at local hardware

Easy and good
It heats up really quick. In the winter the water gets pretty cold so not warm enough to do a bath but if you have a storage water tank it can pull up from it helps out alot . Easy to hook up and install. I am extremely impressed for a on demand hot water heater.

Works great for my 2 sinks and 2 showers just not simultaneously.
This unit for its price is a great deal. It is intended to be a point of use, but supplies 2 showers, and two sinks not ran at the same time in my house. Running 2 sinks it runs around 96-100 which isn’t too bad still. Water temp coming out with water opened fully is 107-116 degree. Half way opened 114-121 set on devices highest setting. So not to bad for the money. It is summer in Arkansas and incoming water temps are already 68-74 degrees. Will know more come this winter to how it stands up in Arkansas mild winters. As long as it doesn’t burn up fast or malfunction in the near future, I will have no complaints out of this product. Easy instillation, small and compact and like I said as long as it last it’s a great deal for the money. Only time will tell now, week one in the books. I’m satisfied with my purchase and would buy again.

Worked OK for just a few days
This unit was fairly easy to install but failed after just a couple days of use. The water flow sensor stopped detecting that hot water was needed, so the heater element never turned on. All I got was cold water. I tried backflushing the unit just in case something had got into the sensor but no luck. It just won't sense water flow. I liked the size of this unit, and when it was working it met my needs for a small condo. I returned this unit, and Amazon refunded my purchase price. I have bought (from Amazon) another brand and hope to have better luck with that one

Great buy!!
Works great! Im using it with a low flow shower head that only needs .8 GPM (Waterpik PowerSpray+) to function and works pretty good for my needs. Easy to install and the price was lower by almost half to name brands. I use it for my whole house (not simultaneous use) and it is replacing an old 40 gallons water heater. Which I don't miss at all. A low flow shower head is key since it is a relatively low power 6.5KWH tankless water heater. In order to get the highest water temperature you have to lower your water flow as much as possible that's where the low flow shower head is so important for proper functioning. I didn't have to change my breaker or do any electrical upgrades to install this unit. That's why I went for a lower than 30A tankless water heater instead of more powerful units. It was a simple plug and play installation.
