I got exactly what I wanted. PS4 in good working condition. It showed up early and had all the needed cords. The left trigger on the controller is a little loose but works fine.. overall I’m happy with what I got for the price. Definitely worth it if you can’t afford a new game system.

Worked perfectly with no issues. They did accidentally send the wrong power cord. So I call them up, they were very apologetic, and immediately sent me the correct cord. Great product. Great customer service.

The Item was listed as a used PS4 Pro in excellent condition with accessories. What we got was a Japanese PS4 Pro with 0 accessories and scratched up. Luckily we had an extra 2 prong cable and a third-party remote not being used. (well I take that back it was a third-party PS4 controller I use on my PC.) , Get this thing hooked up so far so good. Turn it on and the boot screen is in Japanese. Didn't think too much of it at first because well, it is used maybe someone who was non-English had a profile .. NP. The system booted, lucky since I had an ethernet cable plugged into it the menus were in English, or profile 1 just was pre-set to English whatever. Fired up a game and this thing sounded like 2 bowing 747s trying to take off. Turn it off and shut it down, pop the top off and this thing is caked in hair / looks like dried tar from a smoker. I would post pictures but it looked so bad that I don't want to offend anyone. Someone in the house tossed out the box not thinking mind you, this did not come in the PS4 box or a white box, this was just tossed in a box and shipped yolo style. TBH I am 100% shocked it made it. Chatted with Amazon they gave me a 25-dollar credit. To keep this thing short I wound up opening up the system stripping it down cleaning out the 5 inches of Rezin off the heat sync with a brush and bathing it after to clean out any hard residue left over. Ordered a PS4 Pro replacement fan to the actual system fan and a new HDD because the drive in it failed the second time booting the system and tried to play. after 100+ dollars in parts and cleaning supplies well it works it's quiet and cool now. Can't play any BD videos or DVDs because of the region lock. The games work fine. all in all on a system that was 200+ on Amazon and had to put in an additional 100 in parts. I could have found a new one or just got a PS5. TLDR will check the seller next time and avoid this one. Ps Amazon Gave me 25 credits as they couldn't connect to the merchant.

Had some questionable packaging but it showed up and works still. It got a little damage during shipping so.. if ups is delivering yours. Keep an eye on it…… especially if it’s going over the weekend. Console itself was perfect other than a crack and ding on a corner. So it wasn’t seller or amazons fault. But ups. I got it resolved quickly through the seller though!

Includes: PlayStation 4 Pro Console, HDMI cable, Power Cable, PS4 Controller with charging cable. The console works perfectly and so does the controller. The controller had some wear marks. The console had worn of bottom feet. (see photos) It's like they were sanding off or something. All of the ports on the console and controller were perfect. Purchased myself a one year subscription to PlayStation Plus. Setup of the console was standard. Plug in all the cables, set up your account. Set up the controller for the first time with the provided USB cable. Then the controller will work as wireless. Downloading games is slow even with a wired connection. Currently I only have around 15 games and the hard drive is starting to fill up. I'll be looking to purchase an external drive soon via a USB 3.0 drive. Overall I'm satisfied with my purchase of a renewed product. Picked this up for a better price than I could find anywhere online. Due to scalpers and the holidays. Be patient and keep checking daily. Maybe I just got lucky. I'd been looking for a few months and finally got this one. My favorite feature with PlayStation is the feedback on the controller or speaker. Just such a nice feature. I picked this console up to play mainly the exclusive library of games that they have. Currently I'm hooked on Horizon Zero Dawn Complete Edition. This purchase was a better price than buying new or used. So worth it.

We purchased this renewed PlayStation in July 2025, and overall the console itself has held up really well. It runs smoothly, loads games quickly, and we haven’t had any performance issues so far. Unfortunately, the controller is a different story. It stopped working after about 7 months, which was definitely disappointing. We expected it to last quite a bit longer, especially since it came with the system. Because of that, the value for the money feels a little questionable. The console itself has been great, but having to replace the controller this soon takes away from the overall experience. If you’re considering buying renewed, just be prepared that accessories like the controller may not have the same lifespan as the console itself.

I bought this item refurbished, and it was delivered on time, smoothly, in great condition and seems to operate perfectly well. The PS4 was bought for my kids 9/16 to use and they are not disappointed. It allows them to play on all the games they are interested in without paying PS5 prices. There’s aren’t really any cons I have found yet but I will keep an eye out and if anything crops up I will update this rating accordingly!

Ps4 works perfect, controller provided does not work though. Cannot retain any charge and will die even when wired the entire time. Other than the controller being defunct everything else is perfect. Ps4 is clean and works perfect.
