I have this switch controlling my table saw and router table. Still working great after 3 years.

I needed this for a Jet Sander JSG-96. None of my usual places for getting Jet parts have this in stock. I was a little worried but it looked exactly the same. simple, cheep packaging makes me happy. I hate several boxes in boxes for something like this. Plugged right in perfectly. looks just right and works just right. I had to remove the housing from my old switch to screw this into the housing. Dont throw yours away!

I ordered this switch to replace the switch in a 1970s 220V table saw. I knew it was not going to be a plug and play installation but with a little tweaking I obtained an installation that seems safe and robust. The spade terminals on this switch are quite sturdy and large enough to handle the electric draw. The original switch assembly used two screws to mount the switch to the electrical box. This switch uses a friction fit which means the dimension of the opening for the switch body needs to be close ( but not tight ). For me I needed to slightly enlarge the opening, but if you have an opening that is much larger then look for a switch with a larger bezel. The on/off operation is good and easy to do without looking at the switch. This switch has an insert that when removed mechanically keeps the switch from turning the circuit on ( same as my original Craftsman switch ).

Required minor modificatio ns to the mounting hole in the control panel, but worked perfectly! Salvaged an older and otherwise still good table saw from the junk pile with this switch.

My Mastercraft table saw started axting up. Id have to flick the start switch several times before it would fire up - then just stopped altogether. My friend suggested it was the switch. It was on his table saw. I ordered this and it fit perfectly on my Mastercraft table saw. It was an easy installation but that was because I was able to destroy the old one while I was remo ing it. I would recommend this.

Replaced the switch on my 10" table saw. Better than the original. Bigger than the original as well
