I purchased these, and almost immediately noticed an issue with the cyan toner. It was repeating a small blue dot down the length of the page. Contacted GPC support, who advised to resent toner system, and shake toner to even it out. That did not correct the issue, and they sent me a replacement in 3 days. Three months later the black toner began printing big blobs of toner all over the sheet. Contacted support, who against advised to reset toner system, and shake toner to even it out. That did not correct the issue, and they shipped me a replacement in 3 days. Both times, they offered a partial refund, or a replacement cartridge. I chose replacement each time. I can't say for sure how well these cartridges will end up being for quality and duration. To have 50% of the cartridges fail in three months might be telling, however I feel since they make it right with replacements (in a very quick manner) affords them five stars on all fronts.

When I first installed these after my original Canon cartridges finally ran out, things were great. And then a few days went by, and problems started developing. I bought these replacement cartridges at the same time I bought my Canon printer brand-new, knowing I was going to be saving a TON of money versus using original Canon toner cartridges. It took roughly 7 months for the toner that came with my printer to finally run out, which is when I needed to install these replacements. (Obviously this was well past the return period of the product, unfortunately...) After about the third time printing with these cartridges, random blue streaks & blobs started appearing on all printed pages, regardless of b&w or colour output. Obviously the blue toner cartridge is leaking, and no amount of cleaning cycles through the printer will correct this. Next, all the colours started being mismatched (red prints as orange/pale yellow, yellow doesn't print at all, blue is incredibly faint, black prints grey, and solid colours print in fading gradients). No matter how many times I try to correct this, the results are the same. Every single colour is simply wrong in output. I have no choice but to conclude these replacement cartridges are absolute rubbish, which is terribly unfortunate because the price is EXCEPTIONAL. But what good is saving a ton of money if everything printed with these toner cartridges comes out WRONG?? What a shame because I've only printed ~200 pages with these toner cartridges so far, meaning they still have a ton of toner left in them, and I have to replace them, anyway as a result of the horrendous print quality. SMH. It bears mentioning that when I first purchased these cartridges, it was at a cost of ~$75 US for the 4-pack and the price has already dropped to a tick under $60 US (another factor that irritates me to no end - not only can I NOT use the ones I bought, but I also over-paid for them because of the price drop!) Willing to wager money the supplier does nothing about this review and simply counts it as my loss...Lesson learned here. Considering the monthly print volume I use these toners for (I'm an undergraduate student who prints roughly 300 pages per month), this supplier stood to make a nice chunk of change from me alone...

I have an ImageClass MF642Cdw, and I have tried several ink refills from different companies. With those inks, my printer recognized that they were not the name brand, and it would not show the ink levels. No big deal because I was still able to print and save money. However, I found myself replacing all the colors when one color would start to fade. I did that because I didn’t know how much ink I had left in the other cartridges. I was skeptical about trying another Ink company because the last company I used, the print quality was good, and I didn’t want to jeopardize losing that. I decided to give it another shot and try one more company, and thank goodness I did! I finally found the perfect solution. I had perfect print colors and my printer displayed the ink levels. If you have experienced my issues in the past with your printer I highly recommend you give them a try. Great Prints, Ink Levels Displayed, and You Will Save A Whole Lot of Money!! Update: The company has made it right and replaced the toner cartridges. It's only been a few days, but they are working properly so far. This is the second set of GPC toner cartridges that I purchased. The actual cartridges are defective and most likely manufactured with subpar or used parts. The cartridges have a cleaning mechanism to clean excess toner that drops on the imaging roller. This part does not function properly. The first set of cartridges leaked after a couple hundred minimum coverage prints. The left and right sides of the paper were streaked and drops of toner throughout the page. I recently purchased another set by accident as I did not realize at first that this was the same product I already purchased that was defective. I needed to get some documents printed so I installed them. They were fine for about 300-400 pages and now leaving globs of toner on the entire page of every page....again. I would steer clear of GPC toner considering I have experienced the same issue twice in a short time span.

My Canon LBP622Cdw finally ran out of starter toner, so I bought these to replace them. Was easy to replace and works great! My only complaint is that the included instructions are generic for a bunch of different products, so it's not 100% obvious what to do at each step. You can probably figure it out, but here are the exact steps: 1) Kill the power to the printer. I just pulled the cord out. 2) Open your printer's cartridge bay. With mine, you pull the front down and then pull the tray out. 3) Remove the cartridge for the color you want to replace. Only do one color at a time, so you know where they go! 4) Take the correct replacement cartridge (there's a colored sticker on the bag for each) out of the box. 5) Shake it back and forth 5 times to redistribute the toner. 6) There are two orange tabs on each of the small sides - pull them out. 7) Remove the giant flat orange bit covering the roller. 8) Do NOT ever touch the roller with your filthy, oily, skin (or anything else). You will screw up print quality with your grease. 9) There's a little flat orange tab of plastic film coming out halfway, near one end. Pull it HARD till the entire bit of transparent plastic comes out! It takes some real effort. 10) Stick the cartridge in, roller down. There's only one way it'll fit. 11) Repeat from 3) down for any other colors. 12) Push the printer tray back in, close the door, power up the printer again. 13) Profit! Well, you're all done anyhow. Print a test page to be sure.

I have purchased color toner from GPC now 4 times. The first 2 times were flawless and the prints were great. That last time at about 50-60% through the toner, noticed that the magenta and black toner had a problem with light printing and some toner spots/leaks on the back of the page. I called the toll free 800 support number and the customer service department made it right. I since have ordered another set of toner and am getting great results again. Very good product, and can't beat the price compared to Canon.

This is my third edit on this product (12/18/21), and now I am truly done with them. It's mostly used by my wife -- I rarely print color, using an ancient, wonderful HP6P -- but she prints a few almost daily. We have printed ~500 color pages; the CMY are at 70% by Canon's display. A few weeks ago the Y developed streaks (as did a K at one point -- see below). I tried to clean the Y off mechanically, and ran the Canon through a few cleaning cycles, but the streaks have not entirely gone away. Then a few days ago we tried to print some Christmas letters, and the color photos were atrocious, as was my test pattern. I pulled the cartridges out and gave them a few shakes, which marginally improved things. But a test photo looks awful. (It has a model's face on it, so Amazon does not let me post it.) Long story, I have ordered a different (inexpensive) brand of CMYK and will test those. I will not be buying GPC again. Oh, they may well try to bribe me again with a "free" cartridge. I appreciated their last effort, and had hoped it was a one-off. It wasn't. Back to 2 Stars. Maybe you will have better luck. --------------------- I have edited this as a result of GPC's intervention. Briefly, they noticed my original 2-star review (below) and sought to mollify me. That involved some email exchanges and quickly sending me another cartridge, equivalent to the original bad one. I guess my point being : they may make some occasionally defective material, but they were willing to fix the problem. Hence, I have changed it from 2 to 4.5 stars. We all make mistakes, but they acknowledge them, even after a year. I should have contacted them before I posted a review. My bad. Thanks, GRC. -------- It took me over a year to install these. I ordered them when the printer said my cartridges were at 0%, but the originals kept printing, so I kept using them. But a few months ago the old were truly done, and the new went in. Review time! The three colors are still cranking away, decent enough. But the black is junk. It started streaking pretty quickly, and "Clean Fixing Assembly" does not resolve it. I tried cleaning the drum by hand -- I used to work on a similar liquid toner product, using a 33" photoelectric drum -- but I couldn't figure out how to rotate the drum without possibly breaking the whole thing. (I will do so eventually.) And that doesn't really fix the cause anyway. There is also noticeable damage to the drum itself, which may in fact be the cause : metal flakes in the cleaning assembly? See photos. So two things from that: 1. They sent along a card that said I'd get a prize if I gave them a 5 star review. That always infuriates me, even if it is applicable. It is not here. 2. When I just now ordered a new cartridge, I wasn't paying attention and ordered from GPC again. Hence, I am an idiot. Two stars for this purchase, for the colors. More later if the new ones work better. I am not hopeful.

Received product on time. Tricky process to have printer to recognize the ink. One cartridge at a time to replace and once the printer shows no error for that cartridge, next one to replace and so on. It works that way with my printer MF model C643 .. I believe supplier should give such instructions to buyers. Did not try the colors yet .. Price for four cartridges is equivalent to only one cartridge from Canon side so worth of trial since buying four cartridges from Canon is double the price of the printer itself ..

EDIT #2: contacted vendor about the leaking toner and they took a few days to respond so I ordered a replacement. In spite of this overlap, they kindly issued a credit to my account for the faulty toner cartridge. EDIT: after a couple months of use (less than 200 pages) the black cartridge started leaking toner, producing very bad print quality. Contacted GPC support and awaiting answer. Will update if/when they respond. I had low expectations for a product priced like this, but it proved me wrong. Packaging was very good and instructions are clear, not translated. The cartridges are a perfect drop in replacement for the originals. No errors, no print quality issues, and a huge price difference compared to OEM.
