Really good on Pasta. Hot but not really overpowering. Great to even add to Salads with Tomatoes and Basil mixed with a little Garlic.

Change up your stir-fries with an instant European punch! Yes, we love curries and sesame-soy-sauce stir-fries, but this is a welcome Mediterranean variation on healthy eating. The bottle I got was leaking, so there was that, but the product is great.

Hot Stuff!
Turned on to this oil by chef at a local high-end restaurant. Very spicy, but with an amazing flavor not found in usual hot sauces. I add it to stews, marinades (especially lamb) and sauces.

Olive oil flavor over-powers the chili taste
This oil has mild to moderate heat, but the olive oil taste is over-powering for me. I'll use it for stronger flavored dishes like chili (or see if my son wants it). I usually use chili oil in soups, eggs, and Asian cooking, so I prefer a lighter flavored oil as the base. I won't be re-ordering this.

It’s a wonderful oil to add to a meal. Adding with a bit of olive oil is wonderful. It adds just the right amount of heat! Just delicious.

Il Miglior Olio Mai Provato: il sapore intenso del peperoncino!
Sono rimasto davvero colpito da questo olio infuso al peperoncino calabrese. È senza dubbio il miglior olio che abbia mai provato e trovato. La piccantezza è perfettamente dosata, circa un 3 su 10, il che permette di apprezzare il vero sapore del peperoncino senza che sia troppo invadente. Il gusto è molto saporito e in bocca si sente subito la qualità autentica del peperoncino calabrese. Un altro aspetto che mi ha stupito è la consistenza dell'olio: è leggermente viscosa, non troppo liquido, il che lo rende perfetto per ogni piatto. È davvero l'olio ideale per chi ama il piccante o per chi desidera esplorare i sapori della Calabria. Consigliatissimo!
