No regrets
Very easy to use. Light and portable, also it has a very good quality of non stick coating making it very easy to clean. Very quick to hear up as well. Only wish it has a marker to indicate the amount of heat is needed. At the moment, it has a rotary dial and you need to estimate (guess) how much you have turn up the heat.

Brilliant.
We used for the first time last week.It took a long time to remove a very messy sticker from the lid which was very frustrating.On left control it doesn't light up but the right side does.It heats from 'min to man' nope this isn't a typo! It actually says min to man. I would of preferred the one shown in Korean personally but it works fine.The bulgogi I made on the hot plate was phenomenal!!!!!I also made tteok bokki which I made on the hob then transferred it to the pot to keep hot. I found I had to lower the heat as it gets piping hot very quickly.We are extremely pleased with the grill and have recommended to neighbours.I'm actually overjoyed we can barbecue indoors. We even bought coffee tables especially for our now monthly kbbq. It's kinda high in Salt even with reduced salt soy sauce. so we have it monthly but we make it Count and enjoy it!whole heartedly recommend!A++++++++++++++++++++++++

Defective replaced by dirty
The 1st one we received was defective. The buttons worked opposite parts of the machine. Which caused me a burn on my arm.When the seller offered to send us a new one, they sent a DIRTY, SCRATCHED, USED one. Usually I wouldnt mind being sent something used if it was in good condition. But this one is covered in grease, hair and scratches. Its utterly disgusting.Do not buy from this seller

Does exactly what it is supposed to for a great price
Great price and operates exactly as intended. I was pleasantly surprised considering the cost. We have used the grill 3 times since purchase with great results every time
