Fits well ... a bit tight though
Have a treadmill on the standing position placed in the balcony and this cover fits it perfectly. Be careful in adjusting the sheets when covering or else there is a risk of tearing the sheet. Sheet quality is okayish not that great. Can easily protect from not so heavy rains.

Good for small treadmill
The treadmill looks clean when covered. The cover is synthetic and looks good, I have been using this since last 3 months in the balcony and the quality is intact. However the size is quite small as you can see in the video. It would have been perfect if it was stretchable.
