PS4 Controller【Upgraded Version】 ORDA Wireless Gamepad for Playstation 4/Pro/Slim/PC(7/8/8.1/10) with Motion Motors and Audio Function, Mini LED Indicator, USB Cable and Anti-Slip - Berry Blue

Having large hands, I was looking for a PS4 controller with good battery life. This hit all of the points nicely, and the extra grips for the joysticks was a bonus :) The silicon grips are a great relief after so many other PC controllers with their Fisher price hardened plastic.One complaint - no instructions. This turned out to be a mixed blessing, as I discovered this controller is programmed to work exactly like a PS4 controller. Share + Home for 3 seconds, and I was running wireless as a bluetooth device.One caveat - if you decide to use a charger (this only comes with a cable), you should check the connector. One difference here is the audio jack is on opposite side of the USB controller. The first charger I purchased used the audio jack as a support / key for controllers and would not work with this one. I did not need to pay extra for a charger, I just had to buy one that didn't think an audio plug was a good place to supports into.

The shape of the controller feels very familiar if you're used to the official controller. The surface is just slightly rougher against your palms on the grips, but it would get less slippery and I think it's largely a matter of preference. The buttons are slightly noisier, especially clicking the joysticks, but that is a minor issue.The intensity of the output for the analog pads ramps up noticeably faster than the official controller, so it may take a little time to adjust if you're playing a game that requires delicate movements, especially in the middle range.Shipped quickly and worked immediately with no issues. Nice color options.

*Updated after 2 months of use* Like most things that seem to good to be true, this controller has turned out to be quite the fluke. After just 2 months of very light use this controller has started to fail in almost every area, most notably in the L2 and R2 triggers where you can quite literally hear the spring about to snap on use. The R1 button on the top of the controller has almost all but caved in, the right thumbstick has started drifting and the face buttons feel like they have at best a few more presses before they punch through the circuit board. Going back and reading updated reviews it seems most if not all people that bother to update experience one if not all of the things I've listed within 2 months as well.These controllers almost seem designed to impress then subsequently fail after you've reviewed them, which leads into the rest of the review... Each of these controllers come with a voucher for a free controller in a way that makes it seem like you've won some sort of lottery. My initial review was posted before I had attempted to redeem this voucher, upon dealing with this process now, I'll detail my own experience and findings below.Unfortunately this *voucher* is apparently shipped with every controller and is all seemingly a scam to buy favorable reviews on amazon. After waiting weeks to hear a response after inputting the given code and a screenshot of your favorable review on an incredibly poorly made website, you are asked via email to provide a credit card number that is repeatedly promised to only be charged $1 for shipping of said free controller. This is where I drew the line with this process, so I can't say whether or not this is legitimate but the entire ordeal was unprofessional and shady. Upon further digging I've found no fewer then 7 of these controllers listed on Amazon with different names and different sellers in what I can only imagine is an attempt to artificially inflate the seller rating, which seems even shadier.I urge anyone reading this to avoid not only this controller, but this seller and it's various clones as well.*Original Review*I purchased this controller after having an official dual shock 4 controller die and not being able to find a replacement in an appropriate amount of time. I was skeptical at first considering the price point, but after a few days with it I'm pleasantly surprised. The controller seems pretty well made, just a a tiny bit heavier then a dual shock 4 (which I appreciate) and also slightly larger. The joysticks have a textured top and feel less mushy then a dual shock 4's, buttons and triggers feel pretty much the same to me, which isn't a bad thing. Included are some joystick caps with dog paws on them if you prefer less texture and more of that dual shock mush feeling. Battery life seems on par with the dual shock as well and the controller arrived almost fully charged which was much appreciated. So far I haven't experienced any delay, lag or drifting, but will update the review if I do. For me this controller easily beats the dual shock 4 in almost every area I care about and at a price point almost a third of an official controller it's hard not to recommend it heavily.

This ps4 controller works very well on the ps4 wirelessly, the battery life last the same as my genuine ps4 controller, but the build quality is not as great as the original. The one that I received is not completely sealed on the L and R line but it doesn't affect any of the buttons when I am using the remote. The L1 and R1 buttons are a bit mushy compared to the original.When using the control on my laptop it will work with plug and play, but sometimes if you are using steam, you will have to go into settings and set the ps4 config so that the button config won't be set all over the place.I have experienced when I have the controller plugged in and while I am playing the D-pad would sometimes stop working and I would need to re-plug the controller to have the D-pad to work again, however I have not had a single problem with this when I'm playing on my ps4.From my experience I'd say this controller is worth the price, of course there will be build quality issues being as its about half the price of a genuine ps4 controller but for me as long as the controller works and there isn't much issues with the aesthetics of the remote I will be fine with it.

I was looking for a less expensive replacement for my PS4, and this seemed to fit the bill. People noted that it paired well, had a good heft to it and that it WORKS. I haven't bought a 3rd party controller in ages just because so many of them would work for a couple of months but then would crap out on me. So far this one has held up well, and it holds a good charge with a relatively quick charge itself. I particularly like the weight near the grips, which allows it to sit nicely in your hands.

Heard a lot of good reviews, just arrived and build feels solid.Can't wait to try it out.Edit: Been using it every day these past few days, and I must say it's really impressive!Heavier than the standard PS4 controller, but in a good way (maybe due to higher capacity battery)?Speaking of battery, it lasts really long (1 charge, and I've been using it over 16 hours??)And the non-slip handles are great; I can place it on top of my rounded CPU tower, and it doesn't slip or fall off.

If you don't want to pay full price and don't use this controller for gaming it's fine.I planned on using mine for gaming but the vibration motors switched in and ran until they killed themselves in the second day.The buttons also don't seem very responsive and frequently don't work.Looks nice and all and it works for for using your ps4 for netflix your youtube but gaming seems difficult with it.Would have rated it a 1 but the price was decent and it looks nice.Edit: completely stopped working even for Netflix after a few months.
