I tried this stuff and had immediate positive results in my digestion. Mainly my bloating went way down after I ate.More importantly, my son was having issues related to newly diagnosed celiac disease. We cut out the gluten but he still had severe stomach problems in the morning. He was losing weight slowly instead of gaining it as a teenager. It was a little scary watching him waste away. After starting this, his stomach issues in the morning went away and he's had several good weeks in a row. He's even put on about 10 lb because he can actually absorb his food now. There's something in some people's guts that dysregulates a lot of stuff and whatever it is, this product kills it. This allows the good bacteria to proliferate. What actually led me to this stuff was a Viome test we did on him. I researched every single bacteria they found and there was a few that were very concerning. I researched what killed them and this product came up. That's the reason I gave this a try. The specific bacteria he had wouldn't be a problem if his intestines were healthy, but because of celiac they were leaky and this bacteria, when it gets into your actual bloodstream, really messes you up. His blood work was showing kidney problems as well as liver problems because of systemic issues relating to celiac and leaky gut. Just got his blood work back after a few weeks on this product and season the normal range finally.

I regularly take probiotics and they have been wonderful, especially after a few months for the gut biome to stabilize. Now I just take them once a week or so rather than everyday. This is the first time I'm trying prebiotics in conjunction with probiotics. It has quite an obvious effect at first, with some indigestion in the first 1 to 3 days of consuming but things stabilize afterwards. While I can't say if there's any noticeable improvements, there doesn't seem to be any detriments afterwards. Based on how it had some noticeable effect at first, it seems to have done something and the body has adjusted to it afterwards. I don't have more or less issues with my digestions. I still can't drink too much milk or eat certain foods I'm intolerant to but overall digestion seems to be fine and regular.

Worked very well for a friend who has had constant GI issues for the past couple of years. She noticed instant improvement and can actually eat without experiencing pain and bloating.

A lot of older individuals become lactose intolerant as they age. I am one of them. Why a probiotic would contain milk to aid in digestion is very questionable. I tried to return my unopened box after reading it had milk in it and was refused. I would rate this a zero if I could.

These are the best. I have tried it all. These are effective and true.

Have not used it long enough to make a determination yet. I do see a difference in my bowel movement in a positive way.
