I placed a order for a pair as i liked the small design, no wires and this was a cheap test before i moved onto the more expensive brands. My first reaction when receiving the package was WOW, i loved the way it was neatly placed in the box, and everything looked well presented. I immediately charged the little box with earphones in, rearing to get these bad boys on. While charging i browsed the instruction manual, for me the writing was a bit small and i battled to read it, but that comes with age and you cannot have a huge manual in a small tidy box. To my complete frustration i just could not get the earphones to link with any device, angry and frustrated i contacted the customer care via mail. To my surprise the response was extremely professional and helpful, i was asked a few questions and before i knew it a new set was on its way to me, totally unexpected as im used to receiving bad service from customer care centres. My new set arrived and i was once again impressed with the small neat packaging. Following my steps as with the first pair, only this time everything paired as it should. soon i was enjoying a video call to family overseas with my new earphones working as they should. A few pointers that i can make, the earphones need to come out the charging box at the same time so they can link to each other, was a bit of a battle at first as i dont have the smallest fingers, they are defiantly not that comfortable in the ear, but that could just be me as, been used to having old school headphones. When linking to my ipad to watch movies, the sounds is just not perfect, but with the price that i paid for the earphones i cannot complain. In all i am very happy with the product that i received but i am extremely grateful to the absolutely first class service i got from the service team. you guys are fantastic and i defiantly will be looking for more products from you in the near future. All my family have earphone, I never don't look seriously to it. After long time I decided try. And I buy from this seller. I was given a pair of the wireless earbuds as a Christmas gift, but unfortunately had to return them.There were positives, which include:- handy case- great battery life- comfortableBut the negatives outweighed the positives for me:- wouldn't connect and play correctly on all devices. Laptop playback was scrambled- ear pieces didn't always play in sync with each other which was very distracting listening to anything- although not the fault of the earphones, they would fall out of my ears and didn't have any kind of adjustments to try and rectify- I going then fiddly to try and get them out of their case when trying to use them.

I am very pleased with the sound quality, I really like listening to music, I used to use headphones with a wire and it was very inconvenient, I decided to try ordering Bluetooth headphones, and I am absolutely delighted, the headphones are in a very convenient box and they cannot be lost, charged the headphones are veryconvenient and fast.Charging in the headphones is enough for a long time. I often use headphones in the car, it is very convenient, if someone is calling, I can answer the call without any problems and this does not interfere when I operate the machine. Order came well packaged without damage.

A bit disappointed in these ear pods and had to send them back as they would not pair despite valiant efforts. I liked that they sat in the ear as opposed to ‘On ’ the ear but don’t think you could risk running or aerobics in them and they looked bulky. Due to only one ear pod working I am unable to comment on the quality of sound but the one that did work did sound a bit tinny and lacking in bass.

Hi I personally used different ear phones but find this item better. Sound & quality is very good. Easy to use and charge. I recommend to all if you are looking for realiable product you can try it!

Delivered faster than expected. I tried the earphones on immediately and was quite surprised by what I found. I was really impressed and happy with it. It came nicely packed and was in good condition. It sounds good when I played music on it and had working speakers so you can talk to someone on the phone with it.
