Great size
Love this weather pod. Big enough for two folding chairs with room for a few bags or a couple of children on the ground. Good water and wind resistance, ventilation, and quality. Easy to unfold. Can be tricky to fold back up but the visual directions are helpful. Material is also easy to wipe clean.

Love this pod
I’ve been hemming and hawing over getting this weather pod but finally. I’ve used it thru the summer, fall and now winter and have not been disappointed. Summer it does get pretty warm but 3 sides open so good ventilation. The best tho is in the fall & winter when it starts to get chilly and then darn right cold as the pvc keeps the inside pretty decent. High wind…. You don’t feel it. Snowing, you’re dry and if there’s a hint of sun the inside heats right up. There was a bit of a drip when the rain hit it just right as the zipper you can see light thru it but throw a towel on the floor. Very easy to fold up. I have folded it flat multiple times and did actually close it alll the way down once so I know it can be done but I’ve kept it up almost all the time I’ve had it. Can’t speak for everyone but I am very happy with it.

Warm and Dry at Baseball
I did my research and waited as I initially couldn’t justify to cost. Wish I had bought this sooner. I am sheltered from wind, rain, and cold, even gives me shade on a sunny days and have avoided being hit by a number of foul balls. I can fully enjoy watching the sport from all angles as it is clear. Other structures create blind spots and are uncomfortably low, the nylon on other structures are not as warm and usually do not fully enclose. This is like a portable room that allows me to enjoy the game in any circumstance. Zipping down three sides if I want and always allows for a friend to visit, I bought a two seat folding seat and that is awesome for this set up. I have set up an office space and also set up extra boxes inside to distribute uniforms and swag, distribute tickets and even supported a school carwash collecting money and holding peoples belongings such as phones to keep them dry and safe. Yup, I love this thing. I do sometimes feel silly setting it up but have other spectators coming up and asking where to get one of these when they are shivering and I am cozy and dry. It folds up easy, just practice in the comfort of your living room before you venture on to the field. It is a backpack and easy to carry and it doesn’t take up much space in the car. I could go on and on, I seriously don’t have the words to say how much of a game changer this is. If you are on the fence just do it. Buy that fold up double chair, bring your favorite blanket, put your feet up and get put your lap top and coffee while waiting for pre-game warm up in your own little bubble. Did I mention how I have been able to maximize my time with this little gem? Best purchase ever.

The difference between miserable and tolerable in inclement weather
We got these for the brutal Montana spring weather we experience at track meets. They are wonderful for helping to break the wind and keep the rain off, but the design is a bit quirky. In high winds the frame tends to buckle and blow in on you and if you don't have them staked down, even with a chair inside, they will try to blow away. Overall, they have been the difference between staying for the entire track meet and leaving early. The large pods are great for 1 chair. You can stack 2 in a pod if you offset them, but then someone doesn't see as well. So you need to buy a pod for each person. They are so/so to fold up; especially if you are in a hurry, forget it. Overall well worth the investment! PS...they are great for warmer weather too, you can zip the sides down for ventilation while keeping the sun off. But we only got that luxury at one meet! The reason for the 4 star rating was the quirky frame bend with wind...not fun to try and hold the thing off of you and try to watch a track meet. But don't let it deter you from purchasing-you will be glad you did.

Sports necessity
Love it for travel ball. Had to watch a video on how to fold it back once done but it’s so quick to put up and throw in the car. Perfect for keeping dry, warm, or kids/my little puppy contained during long games.

Big Man Certified
This weather pod is awesome. It definitely keeps you out of the elements. It will get very hot so the venting on it is really nice as far as the zipper placements are. I am 6 foot three 350 pounds. I definitely can fit inside it very well. I am a broad man so it is a little bit more snug for me, but that’s the story of my life with most things. It does seem like it will last a long time I think the biggest drawback to this product is putting it away is the worst part about it. It definitely takes some practice. Don’t expect to just pop it out and then be able to put it away on your first try if you do, you are absolutely a genius overall this is a great value. I’ve bought two now. You won’t regret it if you are an outdoor sports watch enthusiast.

Horrible design
How often do you plan to use this thing? If your answer is “every day” or “every week” - upcast my grumpy review to 3 stars (it does get foggy inside, no matter what you do after all). Otherwise, if you’re like us and use it a few times a year during rainy season - I wouldn’t recommend spending your precious life time dealing with it. The folding sequence of MyPod was clearly not a design goal. That or folding was outsourced to a summer intern as extracurricular exercise. Otherwise, how would you explain the need to google “how to fold MyPod” every time you’re about to go home? This is always when you’re tired, cold, soaking wet and the last you need is this mental exercise in 3d visualization followed by contortional gymnastics of bending two odd-shape hoops into four. The force you need to apply is borderline dangerous: you either feel you break it or hurt yourself. Well, to be fair, sometimes you win this lottery and end up going home a proud dad/mom. Most of the time though, you go home with your tail between legs with MyPod proudly stretching itself to any space it can find in your trunk. Can it be improved? Idk, I’m not a consumer product designer. But even basic “1-2-3” stickers in every corner would go a long way in alleviating this folding fiasco. Until then (or most likely until I find a better product) this thing goes to my trash bin. P.S. attaching some recent visual evidence of MyPod defeating me in our last fight.

I cannot live without this!
As a soccer mom who has had to sit in cold, wet and windy weather multiple times, I am so grateful to this pod!!! When other parents are running to car or standing in the rain or cold, I am toasty warm and dry. Comfortably fits a camp chair with a little room for my toddler to sit next to it with a few toys. Can get a bit hot but I’ll take that over wet and cold. I attract a lot of attention at games now and people always asking me about the pod, but haven’t seen too many out on the sidelines yet. Mind you, set up and take down takes some time getting used to and if it’s raining you will still get a bit wet during this process....but this has been my lifesaver! Definitely worth it! I may invest in the double to fit two chairs or a double camp chair in.
