Quality item!
Took kind of a risk ordering the 2.5lb stuffer, I know all of the really good brands but didn’t want to spend all that for a hobby like this. This thing is hefty, for the money incredibly high quality and easy to use. Very surprised by it, heavyweight and really solid for a hobby sausage maker. If you are processing anything decent sized I’d go with the 5lb size, but this little one is great!

Worked fine on it's first try, but not perfect.
Worked well to make BBQ Cheddar Jalapeno brats, German herb brats, and pheasant herb brats. It worked well, but I may have put it through too much making 20lbs of prepped sausage in one go. Towards the end, the gaskets started to burst and free from the housing. Probably would have worked well for smaller batches. With the gasket bursting, I had to disassemble the entire thing to properly clean it. This meant getting wrenches out to disassemble the main barrel. I think a different design or fastener could have made that an easier process.

Great product for the home fresh sausage maker
What a breeze to use. We made 3 pounds of Italian sausage and 1.5 pounds of breakfast sausage. We split the Italian sausage into 1 pound sizes because we wanted to freeze them into different packages. Once we got it setup, it only took about 1 hour including cleanup. We sprayed the inside of the sausage maker unit with Pam. When I started turning the handle, I punctured the casing to allow air to escape. At the end of all of the meat, we had about enough meat left to form a sausage by hand. That was not very much!

I’ve been trying to make beef sticks and this makes it so much easier than other things I’ve tried. Good quality and easy to clean.

Must Buy! Worth the Money
Came right away and just smoked 50lbs of venison sausage sticks , This stuffer worked great and was way better than my $300 LEM that just broke after 1 season .

Works well!
Works well for those trying to make sausages for the first time, just make sure it will fit your counter or table you will use. We tried a few different tables/counters until we found the right fit.

I got sick of the slowness of stuffing using my grinder as a stuffer and so bought this. I only make smallish batches of sausages, not doing a whole carcass. So it is perfect for my needs and the filling and stuffing works great.

Lo he estado usando ya por un mes más o menos, solo he hecho salchichas y chorizos 4 veces pero funciona perfectamente, super fácil de lavar y es compacto para ser guardado, si les gusta hacer sus propios embutidos sin dudas es una opción a considerar, debo de decir que además lo manejo yo solo (ya que vivo solo) y me ha facilitado mucho el trabajo.

Evde sucuk, sosis doldurmak için aldım. Malzeme kalitesi iyi, kullanımı pratik. Alt dolap kapağını açıp mutfak tezgahına monte ettim. Doldurma hızımı artırdı. Kullanımına hızlı adapte oldum. Kalın tip bağırsak kullanırken yavaş yavaş kontrollü olarak doldurmak gerekiyor. Ben baştan sona tüm süreci tek başıma hallettim, ip ile bağlama gibi işler için bir kişi yardım ederse oldukça hızlı bir şekilde doldurma işi tamamlanır.
