Way too small and way too expensive
These lifts are only for shoes up to size 9. It says it on the box but not on the product description. I'm a size 10.5 (US) and these are slipping around inside my shoes and extremely uncomfortable. My feet fall off the edge inside my shoes. Also they are almost 4x more expensive than the similar lifts (which are also Amazon's Choice) sold by MT-AMZ for $12.DO NOT BUY.

Add height, but they suck.
These are severely over priced for what they are. They do add some significant height, but they literally only fit in one pair of shoes that I own. I am keeping them and wearing them, but I wouldn't buy them again. Just get some calden, calto or toto shoes for the same price.

Definitely use it with a shoe 1 size larger than you normally wear.
I really like it. I didnt follow their advice about using it with a shoe/boot one size larger than normal, and paid the price. But that is my fault, not the product. I am 5'10, and it is really weird what an extra inch, inch and a half will do for your confidence.

Liftkits is the only height increaser I use. Best worn on boots for maximum 2 inch increase usage. On shoes you may have to do with the single insert. Great quality. Lasts a long time and very comfortable. Can also be trimmed to fit smaller shoes as necessary. Go GET IT!

excellent to improve your height!
Got these for my short stature husband. With his boots and inserts he gained 4 inches in height! excellent investment! He says they are very comfortable and his feet dont hurt at all! We found that the wolverine casual boots work well with these inserts. The mid level boots. Give em a shot! you wont be dissappointed!
