I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!! I couldn't believe my eyes when I receive them! I I was seriously not expecting something so high quality for the price! This is one of the cheapest on the market... But let me tell you it is AMAZING!! It has the quality of the more expensive ones and it does exactly what advertised, you can feel it but it's not like painful, you feel the pressure and everything starts feeling hot... and then you relax and feel everything just melt away... I TOTALLY ADORE IT! I use it for back pain and stress relief and my mom uses hers for her sciatica and fibromyalgia, and we are both in love of this little set. I use it after my workout routine before going to bed and I feel so relax afterwards. If you have tried the expensive ones and are looking for an alternative THIS IS IT!! If you have never tried one... YOU NEED ONE RIGHT NOW! It's totally worth it! And... they're actual lotus!!! not the cheap stuff most of these mats have. This product is great for tension relief and muscle relaxation. I’m a Physical Therapist who has a lot of tension in the neck and back and this works great for myofascial release and to reduce general muscle soreness.
