This is my new go-to every day makeup foundation! I love this stuff! It's funny because I only got this one because a different one by the same company was out of order and I needed something sooner. I will always use this. I love that it is matte without drying out my skin or even caking later in the day. One thing I would make sure to do is use lotion right before putting this on. It helps it to spread easily and evenly. I use the Acure Mattifying lotion. I'm not sure if it's the combination of the two, but this is the only foundation that doesn't end up leaving my face greasy. I don't even have to use a powder to set it. Face is still not greasy at the end of the day. The ingredients are all natural and my face seems smoother since using it. I like the price as well. Other natural foundations are SO expensive! I didn't like it being in a pot instead of a tube but I actually like it now. I can scrape up every last bit and not have any wanted product like if it was in a tube or bottle. I know I gushed about this product, but these opinions are my own. I just know how hard it is to find healthy and safe products and at the same time, cost effective.

This foundation has a mousse consistency, comes in a glass jar. has good natural ingredients, relatively easy to spread but not like silicone-based toxic foundations, this one is not as even. great for dry skin. by the end of the day skin is not tight, wrinkles aren't accentuated, foundation is not broken up or faded. it has a satin finish but also doesn't look oily after 8+ hours of wear. the only thing is its scent is pretty strong. perfumy-powdery, sweet.p.s. im changing my review from 4 to 3 stars cause this foundation accentuates my pores. liquid lavera foundation doesn't do that

I'm a huge fan of Lavera products, and this one is as good as hoped for. I love the mousse texture, which makes it easy to apply very evenly, and I apply a bit more where I have something to cover up, yet it always looks like my skin and nothing more! I dislike a heavy, made-up look. It also feels very light on, not clingy or greasy. Gives a nice feeling, natural looking texture to the skin.

Been looking for a cruelty-free quality foundation. I tried this one because I love most mousse foundations I've tried and the matte finish they give. This one is way too greasy though. I tried it with primer and powder on top, and it just doesn't look good. :(

My skin tone is hard to match, and Lavera's Honey does! The mousse formulation gives better coverage than the liquid, so this is my go-to foundation. The price on Amazon is great!

It’s very thin, I expected mousse to be a bit thicker to cover blemishes but this is very thin slightly coloured cream. I have clear skin so it’s not a huge problem for me but I wanted something to cover occasional imperfection. For those who have problematic skin this product is not suitable.

Lovely texture and goes on smoothly. I have oily skin and this stays on all day without feeling greasy and gives a natural coverage. Colour suits my fair skin perfectly and i like the little glass jar that it comes in, as it can be recycled and or perfect to use as tea-light holders. All in all my favourite matte finish make-up.

Really pleased I took a chance on this product. It goes on a treat, like a moisturiser and makeup all in one. Silky and smooth, blends beautifully, natural finish. Will keep buying this product as I'm sick of all the nasty chemicals they put in products nowadays.

coverage is just not enough for me but it is lovley

I was hoping that this would be the vegan equivalent to Maybelline's Dream Matte Mousse but it very oily and doesn't offer much coverage at all.
