OtterBox Symmetry Series Case for iPhone 11 Pro Max - BEGUILED Rose (Heather Rose/Rhododendron)

The fit is superb on this case.There is no hot spots while holding my phone with this case on, and it feels good in the hand!The look is just what I wanted, rustic patina bronze and the extra rubber protection around the face of the phone is legit!I’ve dropped my phone from about 4 feet in the air a lot more times than I’d like to admit, and it serves it’s purpose and I haven’t had as much as one scratch to the phone!The rubber does age, and shows knicks and cuts but that’s a compromise I’m happy to live with. My phone is safe and that’s all I care about.I don’t have a screen protector on my phone either, so it’s a trusted case, believe me!The only downside I have encountered is the plastic of the case is so smooth it’s almost slippery. The phone can’t stand on its own in this case, but I’ll take protection over my phone being a stand up guy any day.Can’t go wrong with otterbox, it’s been around for a long time and it’s justified.

Really like this case... extremely solid but much slimmer than a traditional Otterbox. I've never had an Otterbox myself because they are so bulky and hard to carry in the back pocket of jeans. This is the perfect compromise between super small cases that offer little protection and a normal Otterbox.Also, I was happy that my adhesive credit card sleeve (bought separately on Amazon) stuck to the back of the case. It would not stick to silicon cases.My only hesitation about this case is the color. It is EXACTLY as described so no complaint there... it is a reddish salmon color. I would prefer a more pure red, as it looks slightly faded. But it is exactly as they said it would be and the color is in no way off putting... it's not pure red, nor bright orange. In reality I like bright colored cases because it makes my phone much easier to see from far away or on a messy desk. This one looks nice and achieves that need. Five stars for sure.

UPDATE REVIEW:It's 1 November 2021 I've been using the replacement Otterbox 'Feeling Rusty' case now for well over a year with no problem. It remains attractive and protective. So it seems as if the original I received in August 2020 was part of a bad production run.My only gripe is that the hole for the charging port is too small to easily accommodate both the Black Rapid toggle and a Lightening charger. In order to charge the phone via the Lightening port, I have to do a bit of jiggling. BUT, I'm not willing to give up the security that the Black Rapid tether system provides.ORIGINAL REVIEW:It's 23 August 2020. I've had my the Otterbox "Feeling Rusty" case for less than one month. Already the corners and the edges on the front and side are beginning to show major wear. As you can see from the photos, the plastic coating is peeling in a very unattractive manner and will probably shred before too long.I've owned Otterbox cases in the past and have never had this problem. Additionally, I baby my phones, so it's not due to abuse.I'm ordering a replacement from Amazon and will return the original when it arrives. I'll update this review after I own the new one for a while. If I got a dud, so be it; it happens. If there's a manufacturing issue, then caveat emptor.FWIW, the "Feeling Rusty" case itself is beautiful and coordinates really well with a midnight green phone. I had really wanted a clear case to show off that lovely green color, but the toggle system that I use (BlackRapid Wander Bundle -- EXCELLENT! ) doesn't work with a clear case.

I love this case. Let me say I’ve bought in the past $10 cases that for the most part did the job, but when I switched to an iPhone 11 Pro Max a couple of weeks ago, I bought a $10 clear case and while the case did the job, it failed on two important areas... first the case lip on the front of the phone wasn’t the best, it basically had no lip. And Two, the clear edge around the lenses made the flash detract and photos would get ruined.So I decided to go back to Amazon and look for another case and I came into this one... at $39 it was a bit more than I wanted to pay but then again it’s Otterbox and I just dropped $1100 on a phone (sigh) so I went with it.When the case arrived just from feeling the build on my ya d it felt good. I went with the yellow case because although I do t see the color of my phone it just feels bright and good to hold to. I snapped the case to my phone and it fit it snuggly with a great fit. The lip has just barely enough but at least it has some lip enough to protect from a fumble. Everything else felt great. I love it and I’m glad I bought it.

Take it from someone who has murdered a dozen cell phones over the years that Otter Box makes some of the best protective cell phone cases on the market. It has become very easy to search Amazon, find and purchase an excellent cell phone Otter Box protective case at a reasonable price, and have it delivered so you can install your phone into it before it gets clobbered again. This one is my latest and it has held up well and already saved my phone's life two or three, or four times. Get one. I've noticed price varies considerably by color and design. If you are not too picky choose an ugly color, you'll save some money and garner a bunch of wise-ass comments from your family and friends.

Front and side is rubberized so easy to grip and softer impact if dropped. Feeling rusty color pattern is a real eye catcher. I’ve tried many other cases with near 5 star reviews, however, this one is the best. I won’t even consider anything else and future.

No wonder this was on clearance !!!!! It’s reallllly ugly believe me the pictures Do it justice …&Slippery oh and once it’s on you can’t take it off! I could hear my phone cracking with the pressure and I actually bent the frame trying to take it out ! Awful

Yellow is a great colour choice too. Big Otterbox fan!

Super durable case, my last one was getting a bit dirty and really happy with the replacement.
