Came with heat glove and 2 clips, which like previously reviewers stated are not made for thick hair. Gets hot super quick and straightened my hair quickly. I have long curly frizzy hair that my previous ones would straighten but still leave random lumps throughout my hair. This one doesn't do that which is definitely a plus. Flat iron on switch. Not good

Very Happy!
The hair straightener comes with a heat glove and two clips. The clips were really useless, especially if you have thick hair. My hair came out straight, soft and with no fly aways. It straightens my hair faster than my old straightener without any damage. Overall I am very happy with this straightener.

Design flaw
The iron works well, however, it has a MAJOR design flaw. When I use the iron the power button is right under my thumb. This causes the iron to be turned off, so I have to keep turning it back on. It’s really annoying. The button is also very sensitive to touch, so it doesn’t take much pressure for it to turn off. So disappointing!

Didn't heat up properly faulty buttons
Avoid this product! I start to heat it up and it keep saying error. Will not properly heat up to correct temps. Buttons faulty also. I actually sent this one back through Amazon for a return and still haven't received my refund! I shipped back this item on May 27th. Amazon received this item back on 06/01/2020 at 11:00 P.M. Highly dissatisfied with my experience ordering and returning this item!!!

You need this
This is a nice straightener I used it for flat iron curls and it looked so nice!! easy to use & easy to store, perfect for traveling the temperature is easy to adjust too!

It’s great!
I love it! Only thing is when your using it you hand keeps hitting the on/off button and although you are not turning it off and on it feels like you are. The heat pads on it are great!
