No, there isn't a larger cuff for the iHealth Neo. It is provided with a 22-42 cm cuff.
For biggest arm, it is recommended to use wrist blood pressure monitor instead.

Is it possible to use the device to track my blood pressure without providing my name, age, height weight? Does it need this info to work?

Dear Jamie,

As explained in my previous answer, the iHealth Neo is a connected blood pressure monitor that works with the application iHealth MyVitals. The app allows you to automatically track and manage your vital signs and to share them with your doctor. As all apps it requires to create an account to use it.
If our personal health data guide is not enough to reassure you, you can always create an account without giving your real name and using an anonymous email address.
If you don't want to synchronise your blood pressure results with an app, our iHealth Track would be certainly more suitable for you. The iHealth Track doesn't require a prior connection with the app to work. But it can also be used with the app in case you change your mind.

The iHealth Neo is a connected blood pressure monitor. It works with our application iHealth MyVitals that requires an account registration. Some personal data are required to create an account (e-mail, name, age, gender, height). All these data and the result of your measurements are stored on iHealth secure medical cloud based if France. The cloud storage allows the user to never lose his valuable data, whatever can happens to his/her smartphone.

Yes, the measurement is automatic. 
The measurement can be triggered from the device directly or from the app.
The results of measurements triggered from the device are saved in the memory of the device and can be uploaded to the app later.
