These counter bar stools lack craftsmanship.I ordered 2 set, so 4 bar stools total. Every single stool had gashes or chips in the wood legs. When assembling the screws were too long and came through the other side of the leg, so we had to cut the tips off of all of the screws to keep them from coming through and ruining all the legs, also missing multiple screws. The legs and cross bars are amiss once assembled, so the stool rocks on the floor and the wood bars are all uneven and crooked. Extremely disappointing. I ordered these stools from another company and had been waiting 2+ months for them, so when Amazon had them, I ordered them here. Same brand at both so I assume the quality, or lack thereof would be the same. The actual tufted stool part looks nice, but the legs and assembly are horrible. I waited so long for them, my frustration got the best of me, so I am probably keeping them...had to get brown paint to touch up all the chips on the legs/stain, and we may even buy wood filler to fix all the uneven bars as huge gaps between chair leg and bars.

If you're getting these for kids to sit in, then by all means get them, but they were super small. The seat is very narrow and not deep enough for even me (5'3"). Also, the bar to rest your feet is too low so the seat cut into the back of my legs. Wouldn't recommend at all.

The seat portion of this stool is beautiful however, the legs are another story. I was missing 4 washers upon delivery, the predrilled holes did not align and the screws provided were not long enough to secure the legs into place. Every time one piece was secured into place, one of the previously secured pieces would pop out. Very frustrating! If you have problems with the assembly of this item so much so that you decide to return the item, be sure to take pictures of the faulty/defective pieces before disassembling because the company requires you to provide specific part numbers and pictures in order to begin the return. We had to reassemble the chairs after we had already packed them up in preparation for their return in order to get picture proof of our claim.

NEVER NEVER NEVER BUY THIS ! It is a expensive piece of trash. Very hard to put together. Came in different leg colors after replacing twice . Screws were missing and not aligned right. After 3 days of struggling we put together 4 chairs and after a week, wood start to crack and screws are falling off . We have to constantly tighten them. Legs were all chipped even i replaced them with the seller . Please do not waste your hard earned money. My husband is so appalled and tired of this , he does not even want to unscrew all and return them .

These were terrible. The actual seat portion is beautiful but the base is awful. The wood quality is cheap and none of the pre drilled holes were in the right spot. If you put these together according to the very scarce instructions every foot and side rail is askew and at different levels. There is no support phone number. I want to return them but have found Amazon to be very return unfriendly.

I loved the chairs they were beautiful and sturdy. Unfortunately they didn't match my decor. But they were so worth the price! Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Instructions are not clear.Missing half of the screws bolts and washers had to go buy drywall screws- that's what they use. Poor quality. I do not recommend these. Lots of swearing going on during assembly
