Does this need refrigeration after opening?

I don't refrigerate mine. It does degrade over time (loses some of the zip) but it doesn't spoil and I have kept mine opened for like 6 mos.

Is it actually mild to people or is it hotter than what it says

This is our favorite wing sauce but it isn't really that mild. If you can handle a little heat you'll love it. If you need a true mild sauce, with no heat, this may not be the one for you.
