I had such high hopes
They are so comfortable I want to cry because the quality is just barely existent. The original pair I received worked great for about a week or so. Then the volume adjusted on its own and finally the plug broke off in my phone.I contacted the seller and their customer service was great. I’ve sent pics of the broken pair and they sent a replacement.The second pair I received is just horrible from the start. The sound cuts in and out to a point where I cannot understand a word I’m hearing. I so wish these actually worked because the comfort level of the ear buds is far superior to the original apple buds.

Worked for two months
I bought the Lunani headset four months ago to use mostly for phone calls. They started out great--I would have given them five stars--but within two months, the microphone recording started to intermittently change from direction-sensitive and close-up to omni-directional and far away. Recently, it started doing so on all phone calls and recordings. On those calls, people all told me I was more clear speaking directly into my phone compared to using the headset. I reached out to the company four days ago, so I could include their response to this problem, but they never wrote back. Perhaps this is an unusual defect, but for only a few dollars more, I just ordered an Apple product with actual quality control and customer service. I fear I have confirmed that the cheap man pays the most.

Update: Sound started having issues after 11 months of very occasional use
Update: It worked well in the beginning. I use these couple times a month. 11 months into it, the sounds is having issues. I expected them to last longer since I rarely used them.I can’t find my iPhone xs headphones. These are very comfortable in my ears. They don’t fall out of my ears. They look like the original iPhone headphones. The sound quality is great. I use them to talk on the phone. The people on the other side of the phone line can hear me just fine. I've had them for 2 weeks with occasional use. So far so good. I really like the hard shelled pouch that it came it.

One earbud not working after two weeks
One earbud doesn't work after a few weeks of purchase. Not good quality product. Try a different brand...

Not bad
It came in a little zipper pouch that also had, like, 2 or 3 different replacement buds in different sizes and shapes. Somehow I like the earphones that come standard with the iPhone, but I had no issue with these. I did however notice that one bud was marginally louder (or should I say lower) than the other, but it wasn’t really a big deal to me, especially at loud volumes.

Well worth what I paid for them
I really like these for my iPhone. I like to use them while I'm working and on my computer. All the noise around me cannot be heard at all. The volume control feature is awesome as I can turn my volume up and down as needed. I can use them while on my phone having conversations also. They're have a very comfortable fit also.

Great sound on second pair
Everything is great! My first pair were bad, though. The cord by the lighting port whenever you would move it, the sound would cut off, and you could not hear my voice in the mic. This was day 1 of opening this. I contacted amazon which sent me a replacement that arrived in 2 days- works very well!

Broke the second day. Not happy.Well, powers that be are sending another headphone set. Return was very simple and quick. Thank you. Great customer service.
