Great value
I used this on a kayak trip on the Buffalo River in Arkansas. It is difficult to take pictures with the camera in the bag. Possible but difficult. I ended up taking my camera out of the bag. But it was great as my camera (and everything else) would get wet going through rapids and a couple of thunderstorms. I liked how the cases sealed, it has double zip seal, then folding over several times and finally velcro and snaps, this was very secure and watertight. It kept my camera dry and I was able to take some pictures during the rain with the camera in the protective case. It did what I needed to do and is a great value for the price. When taking pictures you need to make sure the lens portion of the case is centered and against the camera lens. you can see one picture where I did not do this and one where I did,

I DID NOT take the camera underwater in this bag and I do not recommend that you do either
I got this for my vacation. I DID NOT take the camera underwater in this bag and I do not recommend that you do either! It was however perfect for keeping my camera safe from water exposure while in rainy/snowy environments, on and off wet boat landings, on a boat, and just general wetness. It lasted exactly the length of my vacation: two weeks; then it tore at the bottom. The straps that come with it also broke within the first few days, so I would not rely on those. I was not able to take photos very easily while the camera was in the bag. The description shold be: travel waterproof storage bag for short term use. And at the price it is really a highly refined ziploc bag. It is currently described to be so much more than it is capable of. But it was perfect for my use

Functioned but awkward and snap broke after one use
It's ok. Used it in Niagara falls and my camera did not get wet from the mist and rain but it was incredibly awkward to use. I could barely press the shutter and my camera lens was too narrow so the edges of the waterproof case lens cover part were visible in some shots. It was also cheaply made and one of the snaps broke off into the receiving hole after my first attempt at opening it. The other snap and velcro and zip loc parts still functioned to keep the bag closed but the broken snap is annoying - basically it survived a one time use.

Doesn't Work for Nikon D3400! Very Awkward!
I would like to start by saying this does not have a flat bottom. That makes molding it around your camera ten times harder. The sides are also awkward to grab your camera with and seem like they'd slice your hand while out with your camera. It gives room to extend your camera, but it's very hard to manipulate the lense. I also do not like that I have to remove my camera straps to put it in the bag. (Though I knew that when I bought it.)Finally it DWARFS my poor Nikon D3400. The case it far too large making it even harder to use my camera. In fact the only reason it gets 2 stars is that I haven't the tested the waterproof feature. I'm doubtful, though, due to its less than spectacular zipp-lock knock off feature at the top.Long story short: you get what you pay for with this. Personally I'm asking for a refund.

Great little pouch
I ordered this to keep my camera body dry when I took low lying beach water photos. I cut out the end of the lens cover portion to avoid distortion from the plastic. Granted I still have to pull up the body when a wave comes in but can put it right down on wet sand in the pouch no problem.

Huge-too big for a point and shoot camera!
My error, but it is way too big to use with a point and shoot canon sx720. Shipping is $6 so not worth returning. Otherwise seems like it will keep spray water out or an accidental dunk. The picture through the plastic is not as clear as without, but not too bad. Better than quality if you were to take the picture through a plastic ziplock baggie.

Cant Take Pictures
Don't expect taking any photos underwater with his bag. The area for the lens is made of plastic making it harder for the camera to focus on subjects underwater. Not to mention how incredibly difficult it is to push the buttons on your camera let alone use manual focus. On a good note the bag does protect the camera very well and does not let water seep through. However, that does not make up for the fact that taking any kind of picture is close to impossible with this bag. Rather than having the area for the lens be plastic make it glass so the camera can focus on subjects underwater more easier. For underwater pictures don't pick for pennies and instead save up for camera housing instead.

DSLR Waterproof Bag
We were out in Yosemite last summer and got stuck hiking in a complete downpour. We didn't take any bags or back packs with us so my nice DSLR camera got soaked. When we returned I Googled DSLR bags and came across this. This is exactly what I was looking for. You can still carry it over your shoulder and if you get caught in a downpour your camera will be protected. Were headed to Yellowstone this year so I wanted to be prepared. My intentions are not to take pictures with the camera in the bag as I believe this would be pretty difficult but to just use it for protection from the rain.
