Great product
I haven't tried the walnut bread mix yet but the other two items were really good - very tasty, very filling and very easy to use. I'll be buying more of this. Shame it's so expensive! (Packaging and delivery time also excellent!)

Disappointingly I bought this item online in the UK and all of the instructions were in German - lucky for me I was able to translate it myself, not so good if you can't.

Won't get fooled again
So disappointed with this low carb bread mix. The smell was off-putting to begin with but the taste was equally awful. The packets came with instructions in German only so eventually found the method via their website. I followed the instructions to the letter but the loaf turned out solid and unappetising. The taste was really very unpleasant too. Consequently I threw it in the bin. Won't get fooled again.

Tasty and so easy to make
This bread has been a lifesaver for me. I have been on a low carb diet for about a year and have really missed not being able to eat bread. This bread tastes delicious and it’s so easy to make. Thank you so much for making this bread available.

Best low carb bread i have tried!
I really enjoyed this selection i have since ordered more. It has been a real treat for someone that doesn’t eat bread as I avoid carbs. Lovely flavour you make with sparkling water. I also have tried another brand that wasn’t as good. One tip is for best results cook for another 10 minutes than it says to the point it looks burnt as i find the middle doesn’t quite cook otherwise.Most of the packing is in german but they do send a leaflet, probably requires some improvements.One order I received the wrong products but it was resolved.

Das Brotmehl ist nicht empfehlenswert. Für Brotbackautomaten überhaupt nicht geeignet. Geht nicht auf ,backt nicht. Bei den Brötchen ebenso.Der Geschmack ist unterirdisch. Alles für die Tonne.

An sich passt dieses Produkt.Normalerweise backe ich selbst. Meine Ernährung ist LowCarbHighFat, somit war ich neugierig auf die praktischen Backmischungen, zu einem angemessen Preis.Die Brötchen gehn klar, sind fast wie selbst gemacht.Die Brote habe ich leider nicht fluffig bekommen, keine Ahnung was ich falsch gemacht habe, sie waren am Ende jeweils sehr dicht innen.Geschmacklich ging es, die Brötchen waren ok. Das Brot (natürlich war die Konsistenz nicht schön durch den "Backfehler") schmeckte etwas fade.Vielleicht müsste man selbst nochmal nachwürzen.Ich hoffe sehr, dass es weiterhin solche Produkte gibt und mehr davon. Im Keto/LCHF Bereich ist zu wenig im Angebot, ich werde das also nochmal kaufen und weiter experimentieren.
