Can it be monogrammed?

Just opened my hat. Should be another piece of velcro on the outside of the hat that should fasten to the bow to the hat. Defective?

If you look at the hat when it is wide open(before fastening the bow to the outside of the hat), there should be one piece of velcro attached to the inside of the bow and another piece of velcro attached to the outer opposite top side of the hat. If uour hat does NOT have these 2 separate velcro strips then it is defective and you will not be able to achieve an adjustable fit.

Does this visor include a sweatband?

I wouldnt say it is much of a sweatband, but it keeps the sweat out your face with the cushion on the forehead.
