Get it
(UPDATE BELOW) Today is June 16th, I got this sound bar in March and this sounds so Amazing. The video was taken today. I wanted to give it some time to do a review, just to see if it will sounds good over time and it still does just as great as when I bought it. I love to connect it to my tv for movies and shows, easy to set. You can ajuste the treble and bass on the remote to however you want it, also giving you a movie, music, or dialogue option for audio. It is very much worth it, I have no regrets. UPDATE! It’s the end of 2024 and my soundbar is still working great, still loud, a lot of bass, I use it almost everyday and it’s still work amazing. I saw some people have issues with this but my remote controller works fine, the remote needs to be able to see the little light coming through the bar for it to work just like a tv. UPDATE AGAIN! It’s March 2026, I honestly still use this soundbar everyday, I have it hooked up to my tv and connect it to Bluetooth quite often. I haven’t had any issues with it at all. I enjoy it a lot, mine still gets pretty loud.

Excellent clarity and BIG SOUND
The sound of the soundbar is excellent. I have it in a room with some of the custom speakers I have built (been an audio hobbyist for years) and I can compare its sound with them. My custom speakers have excellent components and crossovers and sound great. However, this little inexpensive soundbar really surprised me with its volume and clarity plus it has reasonably good bass for a soundbar, down to maybe 60 or 70hz. However, when I hooked it up with my powered subwoofer, I was shocked as that took it to another level and it sounded very close to my expensive and custom made speakers. It's certainly a keeper. Bluetooth works well too and the sound quality doesn't drop off from the optical output sound. There are a couple of negatives but minor. The optical cable supplied is a throw away item as it won't even stay in the optical input port of either my tv or the soundbar--kept falling out. Very cheap item. The other thing is that the small lights on the front of the unit that indicates what you have selected with the remote are very small and difficult to see from a distance. When changing the volume, there is nothing to indicate where you are at other than hearing it go up or down. But those are just small complaints and don't take away from the excellent sound of this unit. They advertise 105 db output (and that's loud) and although I didn't put an SPL tester on it, I don't doubt their claim. I paid $74 for this unit (after $25 coupon) and it was a bargain. I recently bought a Denon S216 for my wife's hobby room at $249 and she loves it. But this soundbar will play louder while maintaining its clarity and rivals the sound of the Denon. I'd highly recommend it if the minor issues aren't a problem for you.

Good for hearing dialogue
I got the entire 7 seasons of "Elementary" on DVD. The dialogue was not discernible with my Visio TV speakers. I got this soundbar on a type of "Bogo" sale and saved $20 off the $99 price.... so I got it. It supposedly has bass speakers with resonance chambers for better bass. I really can't discern any bass that is better than the Visio TV speakers. I do notice that I can hear the fast dialogue between Holmes and Watson where I couldn't before I got this sound bar. This makes this soundbar a winner in my book. I don't like not knowing what level the speakers are at by not being able to see a numbered field on the TV screen. My Visio does this with the default speakers. It is more annoying than I thought it would be. I knew before I purchased this soundbar that it wouldn't show a sound level scale on the screen. The Music mode sort of mutes things too much. The other two modes are about the same. For the price, I got what I wanted for less than the $100 that most adequate sound bars give you in this price level. I may treat myself to a KLIPSCH soundbar for Xmas.

Awesome sound bar for TVs or parties
Immediate setup out of the box, instant Bluetooth connection, power and connector cords are long enough to easily reach either end of the TV and an outlet, and great sound. The little woofers in there do a good job, you can audibly tell when they kick on especially with bass-heavy music. You can also take it with you to use it as a speaker if you’re somewhere with an outlet. Too bad my house party days are over. This would be perfect for loud, excellent sound at a rager. The “music” setting, in my opinion, is trash. Even with adjusting the bass and treble levels far too high for convenience, it still sounds tinny and far-away. The dialogue setting is decent for amplifying voices but you lose depth for sound effects and soundtrack; maybe a documentary would be more suited to that one. I keep it set on the movie option and it works best as an all-purpose setting. I have not used the touch settings on the side/end of the bar; funnily enough, they came rotated 90 degrees to the right (so you’d have to tilt your head). Can’t figure out if that is a slight defect or some kind of feature.

Over a year now
Christmas before last and it’s great. I can only imagine adding a sub behind the couch being icing on the cake, but being what it is—it actually has bass and I turn it up just a couple notches above treble. Sounds great, pairs easy with devices, and it’s been about 18 months. One button swaps between devices, can use with the TV off. Thinking about bluetoothing a record player to it like a home speaker. No audiophile here, but I do enjoy a good full sound that has volume for when the house is busy. Dishwasher? Vacuum? No problem.

After 18mo’s issues, have to constantly power cycle to hear
(2/2026) Update: after three full years of dealing with this issue, I am updating my review because it’s really become a pain in the rear. Occasionally, the sound starts to get scratchy and low, and then after an hour or so it will pop and it will sound like 1920s radio with little volume that you can’t hear very well on. In order for me to fix this, I have to stop the movie or whatever I’m playing or not be able to hear the news and power off the sound bar wait power it back on wait for it to connect then I’ve wasted 3–5 minutes of time and or the show, the live show, the live news feed, whatever it is I’ve missed it. And this is the reason for me updating this review. I’m tired and tired and tired of missing the news because the sound bar pops and I have to turn it off in order to use it again. So this item worked well for about 18 months. FYI - attached to my TV via HDMI port cable using a very expensive cable I purchased. And it attaches to the Vizio TV via Bluetooth as well. ———- (12/2022) My 6 year old 70” Vizio TV speakers are starting to go. It’s in a 22×16 carpeted room (w/popcorn ceilings) so I want something simple and an inexpensive to just hear the TV. On Thursday (pm) 12/22/22 I noticed this seller offered a price of $75 on this product with an “Extra $10 Off Coupon” bringing the price (with Tax) to $69 and delivery on Tuesday 12/27/22. I purchased it and went out of state for the Christmas weekend to return before it arrived. Well … It was delivered EARLY on Saturday afternoon Christmas Eve 12/24/22. Normally, assuming, this would be a good thing. But, I was out of state. After scouring my contacts for a neighbor willing to go pick up my package so that the large, “ 36” BESTISAN SOUND BAR ” labeled (on the front/back of the) box wouldn’t be left out in the “rainy“ Christmas weekend on my front porch, or possibly stolen, until my return. Almost 60, alone, no one to assist; after unboxing, I was able to set up/install, attach and connect (via Bluetooth) the bar with the optical cord provided to the Vizio TV, the HDMI cord provided to the AppleTV and the 35mm sound cord provided to the MEE audio headphone transmitter jack, all by myself within just about under an hour. In the three weeks of using it, I'm pleased with the sound and ease of use, so far. Although, the remote seems very slow after clicking several times, but that could be a battery issue as I’m literally 8 feet directly in front of the TV. That being said, I’d recommend this purchase if it fits your needs.

Should cost more....
I was skeptical like most due to the price, but wow this thing kills it! Plug and play easy to set up, bluetooth works effortlessly, sound is amazing for the price. Not gonna be a high end bass thumper, but loud with plenty of low end grunt. Close to as good as my $400.00 samsung unit with sub..no joke! Love it....now lets see how long she lasts!!

awesome sound bar!
This soundbar has good highs, mids, and lows so no need for a subwoofer. The sound quality is crystal clear and crisp so we replaced the sound system on our entertainment room tv with this. My son loves playing his playstation on that tv now because he can hear the sounds better with this soundbar, and even hears sounds he didn't notice before. We have family movie night in that room now because it's like we're immersed in it and it's fantastic. It feels like a surround system because you can tell which side the sound is coming from. Because of the bluetooth capability we can use it with all of our devices (tv, computer, playstation, phones, and tablets) from anywhere in the house. It says 30 feet connectivity, but the range is definitely farther than that. It's not too bulky or heavy, either, which made placement easier.

Good Soundbar
For the price, it is a worthwhile buy. If only there is a HDMI input.
