Good and sturdy. Picture with my finger pulling down on it try to pull off and it didn't budge. It is attached with sticky backs that come with hangers, and it is attached to wood. I cleaned surface with pinesole, clorox mixture, made sure it was dry, pressed on 30 seconds, and didnt hang anything on it for 24hrs all like company instructions says to do. I know a lot of reviews says otherwise that it did not stick well and is not sturdy that it ripped off their paint. The company specifically says not for painted walls in description. These hooks are kind of heavy so I am impressed that it sticks with the weight of the hook and coats on it. Im not sure if it would hold up to my kids very heavy back packs over time. Afraid to try as it is just a sticky.

Well, these weren’t as great as I had hoped they would be. We followed directions, applied to wall with pressure and waited the full 24-hours (possibly longer) to hang anything off of them. They lasted a couple of months before slowly peeling away from the wall. Tried to reapply and had the same issue. We use them in our bathroom, so maybe they just work well in moisture. They were exactly what we wanted and looked great, however now our wall has four very obvious adhesive marks (see photo), that I’ll have to use some elbow grease to remove (Note: We only hung 1 towel per 2 hooks at a time). It also took a small chip of paint off, which generally isn’t a huge deal, but it’s annoying having to touch-up the wall for a small chip. I would only recommend this product for a dry environment that doesn’t require lots of hanging, maybe children’s jackets.

The hook itself is attractive looking and very sturdy, but when adhered, it doesn't hold the amount of weight it claims to. The hook comes with a stuck-on adhesive pad and four extra adhesive pieces (one for each hook.) I rather like the hook, but the adhesive element is a bit lacking. great for lighter weight items.

I’ve tried every different thing to make these hooks stay on the wall and they just won’t stay. After many times of the books falling I did some research and followed some of the instructions found... I cleaned the walls, used a hot hairdryer to soften the glue and make it stick better. Still fell off the walls. Then I thought maybe it’s the fact that the paint on my walls is bumpy so I moved the hooks onto a flat door... they still fall. They’ll hold up for about 4 hours then fall down. I’ve gone through like 30 different adhesive tapes.

Like the design of those hooks, but the tape is not strong enough. One of the hooks keep falling off. I have already ran out of the extra tape. Not so happy.

This product is rated for 12 lbs max. They recommend not hanging anything on it for 12 hours; I waited 24 hours and hung about 3 lbs of clothes on it and it fell off with 2 days. Tried it again with a different hanger, also cleaned the wood door super well with rubbing alcohol, wiped it clean, waited 30 hours before hanging anything on it; fell off in 4 days. Don't waste your money on this product. Bought a plastic one at Bartell's rated for 6 lbs and haven't had any problem with it.

The hook itself looks great. The adhesive, can't support something as light as a pair of jeans on a hanger. If you don't mind buying your own adhesive then this is great

The adhesive will not stick on metal. I had to throwaway three of them. If you want to use something on metal get a strong magnet it works better.
