I've been using back massagers for a good 10 yrs now & until I found Neckteck, I was buying a mas sager every 5 mos or dealing with the insurance you can purchase for them. Its really a pain in the arse. Then I bought my first neckteck 5 yrs ago. Lasted me 2 yrs & then finally puttered out. I bought another one that was supposed to be the same model but it was smaller. I do wish they would've kept the bigger model but it worked great & helped with the constant pain in my neck. I just received a new one today, even though the old one still works. It was getting rough looking. The new one does work differently. like it changes directions automatically. The older one you had to change the direction manually & I like to be in control of the direction it goes, so that sucked. Other than that, anyone buying a back mas sager, Neckteck is hands down the best mes-sager out there so far. That is, if this one lasts as the lasts 2.

This thing is good! It gets the job done. I would recommend this to someone. It is pretty dang strong, With three intensity levels. The heat is nice too. This is a good purchase for someone like myself who doesn’t want to pay a ton of money for massages. It definitely will help work out some of the tension in your neck and shoulders.

This item is very impressive. It is a very solid neck massager. It work right out of the box, and impressed several people who tried it right away. It was purchased for a family member with back and shoulder problems, and was immediately effective for them. I recommend it.

Nice Swedish style light massager. Great to relieve tension but not for deeper muscle work. Applying any pressure on the unit causes the motor to grind and strain sounding awful.

I was skeptical at first. Never know if you can trust reviews anymore. This thing can be a bit rough when my neck is sore, but it legitimately works for me. It relieves the neck pain I get from being in my 40s.

It is a great massager for muscles straines and tiredness. The heating is soft, it doesn't burn. The levels are good option if you want to apply pressure slowly. The reverse option is lovely which massages in different directions. Seriously it is a great buy and saves tons of money to be paid for massage therapists. I did all my back, spine, shoulders, thighs, even my foot with this tool. Please note, if you gave a lot of nods or muscles strain, you will feel soreness after the first use, it is exactly the same when you have been a while you have not been to a massage therapist. I really recommend for people that spend long hours on the computer or office workers. Price is great for what it does. It is a real comfort.

My wife use this massager every week to relieve tension in her neck, back and everywhere and she always feels great after a massage session. Heating is really nice and the massage is strong and very effective. Highly recommended. The only downside is when I use it (I'm 6'2, over 275lbs), it's confortable but I feel the motor is stuggling when I lean a little bit too much on it. I need to keep strait on the chair to get the best results.

This is the best $57 I ever spent! Have my own personal masseuse and love the heat function! Gets right into the sore bits, totally recommend 👌 😍
