Yes, they are made of cardstock, but they are nicely printed and cute. I bought two sets, sprayed them with clearcoat and stuck magnets on the back. And there! I turned my garage door into a grave yard. They have been up over a week and survived rain, wind and sun.I'm happy.

Unfortunately I read past the word "cutouts" in the title and description. They are only "cutout" of card-stock type material NOT Styrofoam that most of use seem to be accustom to. The description fails to mention product material. Like other individuals, I should have read the reviews before ordering, but rushed into the purchase. On the contrary they are nice for a poster type product if that is what you are looking for, but if you are looking for a 3-D product you can stand up, search on....

These cut out were as advertised, but nothing more. There are just 4 and are two sided so if you put them on the wall you can only show one side of the wording.We had these outside on a covered porch and they bent on the sides very quickly. If you used them just for a party indoors they should be fine.

I had ordered these as props for my Halloween tournament. When they had arrived, they were in excellent condition, and the epitaphs written on them reminded me of Disney's Haunted Mansion attraction. As an added bonus, I had ordered four, and each one of them was unique, with its own saying and tombstone design!If you're decorating, I highly recommend these. I also recommend you buy the cemetery scene setters to go with these as well, for added effect.

These are little smaller than I thought they'd be, but they look really good. I'm planning on attaching ea one to a piece of Styrofoam I've recycled & painted, for security and to give the !look of a "real" tombstone, for next Halloween.

You could make better tombstones with card stock for the price you're paying. Keep in mind that 16 inches isn't very big. Think of using them for an office space or small living room. If you are hoping to do anything other than tack these to a wall then you will have to get them laminated. These are just paper so you will need to find something that will support them because they are not free standing. If you do manage to get them upright you will only be able to see one side of it. I also wouldn't put these outside as I am extremely doubtful that they will survive any type of weather. Mine arrived damaged and this was not worth $8. Spend a little more and get one freestanding tombstone. I'm disappointed as I really liked the "engravings" and the fact that they are double sided but it isn't any good if I can't use them.UPDATE~~~~I've talked to 3 different sign shops in my area. It costs a Minimum of $30 to get these Laminated. Can I please repeat NOT WORTH IT!

Why did these pop up when I wrote Halloween outdoor decorations? Those are carton board, more like paper board. It is totally crap.

Perfect for what they are, just add your own stands/sticks to hold up and away you go. The saying on them draw attention and laughs.
