I really appreciate that so updated my review to 5 stars because of tge excellent customer service. ** UPDATED REVIEW** Its beautiful and looks great but I noticed that soap comes out from under the cap. First it bubbles and then there will ne a ring of soap around the silver part. Not sure if its defective or missing a seal to prevent that from happening. See photo.

I love the shape and its color design. Overall, it looks like a good product. I’ve been using it for a couple of weeks already and it seems like there is a small leakage in the pump and sometimes, there is a little bit of soap there. It looks perfect for my bathroom.

I ordered 2 but one was cracked at the bottom. I could not tell until I put the soap in. The vendor replaced in within a week, no questions asked

Poorly made. I bought 3 as the color matches marbles on my kitchen and restroom. The soup dispenser part disconnects from the rest easily while using. I tried to use and re use it multiple time a for few months and finally gave up for the on in the restroom. I don’t use the one in the kitchen as often but I couldn’t believe that this one has either rusted inside or built mold as it dispenses black soup at first. I soaking don’t write poor reviews but this is a very poorly made soap dispenser

Attention, il y a un vernis pailleté qui recouvre l'intégralité de l'article. Donc le blanc n'est malheureusement pas uni. Cela change tout de même pas mal le rendu et le style du distributeur de savon.
