I originally picked this up for its intense color payoff, but I’ve actually been using it more as a primer—and it works so well for that! It really helps my other eyeshadows stay in place longer and keeps them from fading throughout the day. The creamy texture glides on smoothly, and once it sets, it doesn’t budge or crease, even in the Texas heat. I love how pigmented it is on its own too—super vibrant with just a swipe, whether I’m going for a matte, shimmer, or metallic look. It wears comfortably all day, and the waterproof formula definitely holds up. Whether I use it solo for a quick bold look or layered under powder shadows, it’s become a staple in my makeup routine.

Great product for the mature woman. Love the color and the creamy spread of the shadow. I tried it with and without an eyeshadow primer. I have hooded eyes and the product moved into the crease of my eye without an eyeshadow primer. Bought NYX eyeshadow primer on Amazon and the product did not move and stayed in all day in the hot, muggy Houston, Texas heat. I would definitely purchase from this Amazon storefront again. Shipping was fast and the packaging was perfect. Highly Recommend the product & the seller. Thank You Amazon for being competitively price in the cosmetics and beauty area of commerce. For Senior citizens it’s a great option to in store product purchasing.

It seems to stay on really well, the only reason for 4 stars is I was hoping for more of an opaque base of a nude color, but it's primarily shimmer pigment

This eyeshadow is very creamy and applies smoothly to my eyelid. It has great color which lasts all day and does not crease, but is easily removed at the end of the day. Love it!

I just got this shadow and couldn't wait to try it. It goes on easily and is very smooth and blendable. It does have a bit of a sheen to it, so if you are truly looking for matte, it may not be for you. I love the color.
