How fast is the water flow on these? I dont lie when its too fast. Prefer a slower water flow.

To me it's relatively slow, but if you apply pressure above the bristles on the bulb part of the pen the flow will increase.

Can these be filled with alcohol or blending solution?

I have not experimented with other solutions. I don’t see why not unless the solution would damage the bristles or weaken the plastic.

What is the length of these brushes? I need to know if they will fit in my travel kit. Thank,

They are a little less than 7 inches long.

Can they be applied over dry acrylic paint? The shadows look amazing as there seems to be so much more control in the application.

That would depend entirely on what paint you're using. These are just the pens and do not come with paint. They work with any ink or water based paint. If you fill them with the paint it will need to be thin enough to filter through the brush - think watercolor. If you're using them as you would normal paintbrushes then any paint is fine.
