Used this cornmeal before but this last purchase left me disappointed with its freshness. It tastes like old cornmeal. Couldn’t find an expiration date on the package, not that it would mean much at this point.Resuming, I might get lucky at some point and buy some that’s not old. Just decided it’s not worth buying it anymore.

Das Maismehl ist fein genug für glutenfreie Kuchenrezepte (ich mische es 1:2 bis 1:3 mit Reismehl). Es hat keinen ungewöhnlichen Geruch oder Geschmack, und erfüllt meine Erwartungen.
