Small yet very effective
Don't let the size of these little tea light candles fool you. They are very strong and mosquitoes hate them.

I don't see any mosquitos around here
So I was having a bit of a mosquito problem, in the beginning of Winter of all times of the year. I have a very large bedroom, and I placed a few of these around the room. Well I didn't see any mosquitos all night. So it works as intended I suppose. Though these things don't last long, they're definitely single use. I think I would have preferred a few larger multiple use candles. They're not going to solve an ongoing problem, a few mosquitos showed up a few nights later. I squashed em and haven't seen any since, but as I said, it's now the middle of winter, so that could just be that they've all died off naturally by now. It was an odd time of the year to have them to begin with.

helps
Have had an extreme mosquito year. These help a lot. Also got a larger one. The odor is not extreme and they do not throw a lot of heat. Will re-order next year.

Repels Mosquitoes
These candles are being used inside the bathroom due to a mosquito or 2 hanging around. I've tested the length of a candle and it's about 4 hours. These candles work for small spaces. The smell is very subtle. I am not sure how effective it would be outdoors.

Love them! My skin is so thankful
They work! My bathroom is where mosquitos like to hang out. The days before these candles arrived, I saw at least one mosquito every day. I have not seen another! It has been twelve days! Every few days I light a candle. They burn for quite a while! Sometimes I will burn a candle over two days. They’re not really scented. They smell like medicinal herbs maybe? It’s hard to describe, but it isn’t offensive. In fact I kind of like it! I was going to try the incense next. Incense smells stronger and smoke is clingy, so I am wondering if it is more effective. However, since I STILL haven’t seen even one mosquito in there, instead of incense I’m just going to buy these again. They’re ADORABLE, and don’t take up much counter space. They’re cute and they work. I like that they don’t have a strong fragrance. If you have many mosquitos you are trying to repel, and not in a small space like a bathroom, I imagine they wouldn’t work very well and you should try the incense. We can’t very well slather repellant on ourselves 24-7 can we!

Small package, big delivery punch!
So these were amazing, i took them home with me to a tropical destination ...you know the mosquitoes are relentless there but guess what! They did not bother me at all. I let these around 8 pm and they lasted almost all thru the night...not advisable to go to sleep with it lit for safety reasons. But I will light them 2 hours before bedtime, close the room that I was going to sleep in let it burn and then blow it out when i go to sleep. It works and it smells amazing....I will get some for my home...just because!.

They work but don't last long
While these candles do work to repel mosquitos, they have a very small life span. And yes, I get that they are tea light candles, but I feel like they burned out way too quickly. If you don't spend a whole lot of time outside they will work for you.
