I've got mixed feelings about this rice cooker. On the one hand, it comes with a nice measuring cup and a sturdy, good-quality plastic ladle - handy accessories that show some thought went into the overall package. On the other hand, the trivet's conspicuous absence is a major letdown. I mean, what's a rice cooker without a trivet? It's like selling a car without wheels! The rice cooker itself works okay, but the lack of a trivet makes it feel incomplete. I'm not sure what's going on with the seller's quality control, but hopefully, they'll get their act together soon. If you're in the market for a rice cooker and don't mind taking a chance on a potentially incomplete package, then this might be the product for you. Just don't say I didn't warn you... Current status, applied for replacement, unfortunately, it has not been successful. The refund has been initiated, however, it has not yet been picked up. It has been over a week since the process started.

I got a steel lid instead of a glass one. I would prefer the glass lid. Seems to be working well. Looks cute.

Excellent rice cooker at budget price. India made. Go for it confidently.

Cooks rice in 10 minutes. Very easy to make and compact size

At the price, it was a good rice cooker, worked well, but it is not good for durability. It's button got damaged after some time, but was working fine if managed well. It lasted for exactly 1 & a half year, after which it got damaged and stopped working. So if you want it for short-term usage at reasonable price, it's good. But for long term, it needs to be handled carefully and managed properly.

The Rice Cooker is simple to use and my parents mainly use it for brown rice and quinoa. It makes their everyday cooking quick and hassle free. And th warm feature keeps it warm till they have their meal. So they don’t need to reheat it

The electric cooker is working well overall. However, occasionally the cooking indicator light turns off unexpectedly in the middle of the cooking process, even though the cooker continues to operate.
