I have only had these for a few days but am impressed with the speed when cooking on an induction range. If you boil a cup of water for tea, that takes less than 30 seconds on my induction cooktop range. I also like the healthy non-stick feature and really hope these hold up well over time. Thanks!

The media could not be loaded. I’ve had these for over a year, but within 6 months is started peeling and food sticking to the pan. I contacted company directly, they said to boil water with soap and use magic eraser that it would take care of “oil” build up. Worked a few times, now I’m stuck with expensive pots and pans that food stick to despite use of oil. Terrible quality! My cheaper pans worked for longer than these

Fantastic! I have had every kind of pan recommended by America's Test Kitchen and this one (that did not even make ATK list) is by far my favorite. I have been using it daily for about 2 weeks, and have not ran into a single issue. These heat evenly (*if a little slower than standard pans) and I have found that it is near impossible to burn something. Cleaning can be done with a damp soft side of the sponge! The deep sides have been great for sauces and the angle of the side does help prevent sloshing when moving the pan around. To top it all off, I know that these are not leeching potentially dangerous chemicals into the food. Which puts my mind at ease to focus instead on what is being cooked IN the pan.I put these through their paces and have to say I am completely in love! *I'll update after several months to make sure this stays true.They do NOT come with lids, but I purchased a universal tempered glass lid (*also on Amazon) that is absolutley perfect and fits both the 10in and 12in pans. I also highly recommended felt pan protectors (or really anything soft that can go between the pans when stacked) to increase the life of the pans.*Overall, an A+. Well, done.Update:After about 12 months of almost daily use the pan is no longer non-stick (*it looks like the last picture after cooking EVERY time) and the pan overheats and burns food even on the lowest setting. It's a real disappointment - these pans have never felt the harsh side of a sponge and still didnt make it more than a year.*2year update. So, having an amateur cook in the house was *probably* the source of pans demise. As with ANY pan, do not let it sit on the stove on high heat without anything in it for minutes at a time (*eye roll here). We ordered another Green Pan and with PROPER use, it is a thing of beauty.*If your looking for a good healthy pan and one that cooks like a boss - you've found it.

Greenpans are now the only non-stick pans I will buy. The finish is perfect, and lasts as long as you take care of it. We use only silicone utensils with them... and the oldest one I have is still perfect after about a year. I recently upgraded my stove to a LG induction stove... and needed some non-sticks to use with it. These were exactly what I needed. Awesome pans. I have multiple carbon steel and stainless pans and pots... and use then when needed. But these greenpans are so versatile (will even do light searing) that I often just grab one of them as needed.

I’ve had so many pricey pans... this one is the best by far. It’s a breeze to clean, heat distribution is as good as all-clad copper. Even my pancakes, tapioca and eggs tastes better when cooked on it! I’ve never noticed difference in taste before, but once I met this pan... all Is better. Goodbye to all the others, even if I need to replace it, which I think will be in a decade or two, I will get the same ones! I absolutely love it!

I love this pan, just keep your heat on medium and you're good to go. High recommend!

The pan worked well for the first few cooks. Despite following the instructions, never using metal on the surface and always heating it up on medium heat or lower, eggs started sticking after only a few uses it became very sticky. It now is fairly useless. Wouldn't recommend and won't buy again.

Malgrado tutte le cure, solo lavaggio a mano, niente utensili di metallo e cotture a temperature medio basse, la padella non è durata a lungo. Il loro decantato fondo piatto e che non si deforma é stato dal primo giorno più alto al centro e si è rovinato molto in fretta creando una zona scura e non più antiaderente. Soldi buttati.

Kannte diese Marke vorher nicht und hab sie gekauft, da sie in Aktion war!Sehr gutes Material, es brennt nichts so leicht an wie bei anderen Pfannen! würd die immer wieder kaufen!
