I've tried five or six different posture support mechanisms and this is definitely one of my favorites. Make sure that you don't adjust the back too high though at first or your neck will feel uncomfortable after awhile. Also, start off with short durations. Straps are wide and strong. I wear over a t-shirt with a loose shirt or jacket over everything. Would probably stand out under clothes but that's not really an issue for me.

Love it-here's why:This item works wonderfully even on Plus sized gals with kyphosis. It comfortably follows your bra band and is fully adjustable! Make sure you measure and get the generous size to fit you and not the smallest to barely fit you. You will be amazed at how comfortable it is compared to all the others out there. You wear it a couple hours per day and over your bra. I wear it while cooking and cleaning. It trains you to sit and stand in better posture so when it is off you automatically sit and stand taller from muscle memory. I hand wash it only to make it last longer. Enjoy!

Great Product. Have tried other products but they were not quality of the Bax -u. Have only had for a short time but appears to be well made andof a material I can wear under my clothes. Comfortable wear and I can put on and take off by myself. Would recommend.

I purchased the Bax-U because of a recommendation from my Chiropractor. I love it! It's so comfortable and I can wear it all day while it corrects my posture. I purchased this item because I wanted to improve my posture. I have had bad posture most of my life, and thought I should do something about it. After just a couple days of wearing it, to my surprise, my lower back wasn't hurting as much. My lower back has bothered me for years. Now there are times when my lower back doesn't hurt at all. Trust me, that hasn't been the case for at least two years. This is one of the best purchases I've made for myself in a long time.

Works really mean. Very comfortable. I am very busty and I could of worn a medium however I needed a large because of bust size. The shoulders straps were too short in a medium.

This was exactly what I was looking for; a gentle reminder to sit up straight. I wasn't correcting a problem with back pain, as much as wanting to establish a good habit for sitting up straight. This harness is not a "correcter" as much as a reminder to stop slumping. At first I didn't think the support harness was really helping, and thought it too gentle, but I noticed a couple of things after wearing it the first week. #1 - I was a little bit sore from my muscles working differently, #2 - I was walking more upright when leaving my desk, #3 - I was sitting straight in my chair while working. Now, nearly a month later, no soreness and I notice I am naturally sitting straighter. Some days I don't wear harness and don't slump at all. When I find myself getting a bit lazy with good posture, I put it on and I adjust quickly. It's the perfect reminder for me to sit up straight. I'm doing the work, but the support harness is the reminder to sit and stand taller. The only negative I see is it's a bit pricey, but it is well-made and is working for me (so value for the dollars spent).
