How to record an online meeting when I am using a headphone?

plug a stereo jack lead into the socket that you normally plug your headphones into and plug the other end into the microphone input on your lcd-UX570. Now plug your headphone into the headphone socket on the lcd-UX570. You may have to adjust the microphone sensitivity setting on the lcd-UX570. Good luck!

Is this any good for recording live music? . ie, me playing guitar.

It will record any sound. But if you are a perfectionist it may not be the quality of sound you are looking for.

Can you use headphones : earphones instead of plugging the device into your PC?

Hi Tanya, The recorder features a Headphone/Stereo Mini jack(3.5mm). You can find more information in the Help Guide here: http://bit.do/fvH9N (copy and paste the link into your web browser). Sony support team
