I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY MEASURE, BUT I GET ABOUT 11" FROM THE TIP OF HER NOSE TO THE END OF HER BODY WITH ANOTHER 4.5 INCHES OF TAIL IF YOU HOLD IT OUT STRAIGHT TO MEASURE IT. SHE'S VERY CUTE.

It is not floppy but the body is soft. It has enough structure to stand up.
