was not handed to me or via front door ,found it chucked over garden gate ,thank god my dog didnt have it as was much needed medication for my partner,,as ive got a min jack russell your lucky it didnt need a vet bill , love amerzon but really ?? but did come quick which is what was needed

I opened this box and there is no tablets

I have had these before and they do certainly work. I have only a (1) for flavour as you are supposed to swallow them, therefore, (no flavour detected) Now, the downside... They are "Very expensive". I paid £6.00. for just 7 tablets, or approximately 86p per table.

A proton pump inhibitor in a lower dose than you would be prescribed by a doctor. This isn't necessarily a bad thing. As you want to produce as much stomach acid as you possibly can, without it causing you discomfort. The packet states, that it may take 2-3 days of taking these before you will feel the benefit. I must say, I feel the benefit immediately. I take one, 30 minutes before my main meal, if I think that meal is going to give me trouble later (curry for instance). For me. It means I only take them when I know I'll need them. You may be different, especially if your acid reflux is so bad, that you need constant help. Though if that Is the case, you really should see your doctor, as constant oesophagal acid can lead to serious problems. Likewise, if you need more than one a day, you really must see your doctor (A prescription will work out a lot cheaper too). Overall, for occasional acid reflux I would wholeheartedly recommend these. They really do help. I hope you found this review helpful.

Cost an awful lot and don't do much for me when I have acid heartburn- not really worth the money in my opinion

I was diagnosed with acid reflux for around 3 years ago thanks to chemotherapy which damaged my stomach lining which would leave me in so much pain not just with my stomach but my chest and throat and even at times I wake up to have been dribbling bile. My doctor put me on lanzaprose pumps which only helped when take while eating food which was hard for me as I have very little appetite and trying to eat anything if not hungry would make me feel sick so the pumps was not working for me. When I watch an add on TV advertising gaurdium I thought I give it a go and try them. I was thinking that these ain't going to help but all I can do is try. And for 1st time in few years I was able to eat my turkey dinner and even a little bit of choclate which would of send me into so much pain and I was even able to have a glass of coke as like most foods even spicy currys or fried chicken would be a no go and run a mile. Now I can take 1 gaurdium at night before bed and my appetite is getting a lot better and starting to enjoy foods and drinks that I have not had for a very very long time. I would recommend anyone who suffers with regular heartburn and indigestion/acid reflux to give it a go and start to enjoy your favorite foods and drinks again and knowing there is gonna be no more pain or discomfort.
