Tonno Pro Hard Fold, Hard Folding Truck Bed Tonneau Cover | HF-364 | Fits 2015 - 2020 Ford F-150 5' 7" Bed (67.1")

It's very easy to put on. It does take a few minutes and just a little bit of effort to get it perfectly straight but it's really no big deal. I did it all by myself. It looks great and feels very sturdy. I ran my truck through a touchless automatic carwash that has the high powered air dryer at the end and the cover didn't even move. And I kept an eye on it! Folding it open is simple.

The Tonno pro cover arrived on time in two days which was amazing. The box looked like it was put through the ringer though. The cover itself was in decent shape. One thing I noticed right out of the box was it looked like the underside of the cover may had been scooted along something hard During packaging as shown by the first photo. The majority of the gasket waterproofing material was damaged enough to not make a water tight seal and you could see daylight with it installed. In fact, the stickiness was completely gone in some areas and wouldn’t stick. My family and I are leaving tomorrow on vacation and am using the truck bed to haul our luggage so it is very unfortunate I have to worry about water intrusion. I called the number on the pamphlet provided with the cover to request more gasket material. They referred me to their website and asked that I provide all the requested information and that they would send me more gasket. It’s been two days since I emailed them all the required information and haven’t heard from them since but I will keep you posted on how that goes. One of the min reasons I decided on this product was the lifetime warranty. We’ll see.Another concern I have is if you watch the Informational video about this cover it shows aluminum retaining clips which secures the cover to the bed. And I thought that should be pretty sturdy and should hold the cover down pretty well. But upon unpacking I noticed the clips are in fact plastic and not aluminum. When I asked the rep about it they said they do not use the supplier of the aluminum clips any longer and that Tonno pro manufacturers the plastic clips in-house now but haven’t had any durability issues or complaints and that amazon just hasn’t updated their site yet. That might have been a deal breaker had I noticed that prior to purchasing. So I’ll be adding an additional ratchet strap to each side behind the cab just to make sure it doesnt fly away on the highway.The last thing is the aluminum paneling is thinner than I was expecting. It doesn’t seem like it could withstand 350 lbs. All things considered though it looks great on the truck bed and for the price you just can’t beat it. Extremely easy to install, no drilling or nuts and bolts. No water hoses to run In the bed and no rails to install. For the money you just can’t beat it.

Looks nice, great fit on my 2015 Ford f150. No leaks, easy install. Be careful to lock down there clamps when opening it all the way so they do not damage the cover.

Love it! Perfect fit, looks good, not completely water proof. There are gaps, and the shipping was fast. I would recommend this to my friends and family

I owned a soft Tonno cover and loved it. This hard cover was nice looking but clamps were hard to flatten when folding the cover. The inside clamps got jammed and it was almost impossible to remove the cover. I returned the cover and they received it March 4th. I have not received a refund of any kind. One of the reasons I bought it through Amazon is the return would be easy. Guess I was wrong. Dissatisfied with purchase and return and lack of refund.

Box a little beat up upon arrival but contents were good to go. Installation was a breeze, with only minor adjustments required before locking it down. Holding up well. Price was a major factor as well as the security piece as well. Hope it holds up...but don't see any issues thus far

It’s still a bit early to review this item, but I will try to come back on later date. We received the item timely, and had no issues with installation. It fits nice enough, but we are still waiting to get a hot day to see if it will relax a bit. My only concern is the parts that lock down the cover. I am thinking I will order replacements right away just to put back for when they break. There is a lot of plastic on them, and I’m sure down the road I will appreciate having the part on hand for an immediate repair. I might even store them somewhere in the truck in the event one broke on a long trip. Could be really inconvenient if that happened. Over all we are happy with the cover. We are still tweaking it a bit to get it right where we want it.

So easy to install and way better than my old factory roll up with the Velcro! Much more secure for any valuables because you can’t just cut thru it to get in the bed.
