Can I use this to glue a patch to leather jacket

If you are extremely careful in applying this adhesive, making sure to apply only the barest amount to the surfaces, this glue will work. It is nearly impossible to remove excess glue without damaging the leather. This would not be my first choice for this particular application.

Is 2 oz enough to repair the sole on one boot? Not a pair. Just one boot. The toe lifted off the sole

It will bond a half sole, but I am uncertain how well it will stand up to the moisture or wetness it might encounter on a boot.

Will it bond plastic to EPO foam or styrofoam (e.g., models with plastic and foam parts)?

Poured some out on a styrofoam plate to use. It melted the styrofoam.
