Great paddle for intermediate player
Top paddle for an intermediate player who wants to compete and likes to win with top spins.

little effort needed.. Great Racket.
I received the racket and I really liked the look of the racket, black jet800 logo on the side of the black rubber and red killerspin logo on the red sided rubber it is heavy but u get use to it over a period of time. speed of this racket is great I can send the return back fast with little effort! pros. speed is definitely its strong point. I have tested a few rackets, but none as professional as this racket. spin is also very good. rubber is tacky but not overly so. I had a friend buy a diamondTX racket by killerspin and I found that my racket for having the same rubber, mine felt a little more tacky not sure if he didn't clean his rubber but his was farely new. with that being said you do have to adjust to the spin because its tacky enough if they apply spin to the ball if u don't angle it right and do a slight push it will go flying off the table. Cons. control not as tight as u would like it but if u play with it enough and if you are a good player you can control it better. I let a friend at work try it out and he said he couldn't feel the ball enough to control it. overall. great racket takes a little getting use to but once u have it you will be a BEAST lol. I wouldn't recommend it to a beginner because of the amount of knowledge u need to know about the spin and the sensitivity of the racket. 5stars. from me. This is after using it for 4mths almost everyday.

Just perfect. Has a really nice large sweet spot
I needed a ready made paddle for intermediate level of play so I bought both the Killerspin Jet 800 and Stiga Pro Carbon. I tested them, my brother tested them, and even my professional table tennis coach tested them. Here is our take: Killerspin Jet 800: Pros: - Well constructed racket with high quality material. Durable. The moment you take it out of the box you notice its high standard. - Weight: Just perfect. Has a really nice large sweet spot. - The blade is large, larger than the Stiga Pro Carbon, which allows better defending especially when returning those smashes. - Good speed, not too bouncy. Good control. Cons: - More expensive, but still reasonable. - Short handle. Iโm 6โ3โ and have large hands, but for my brother and coach handle length was fine. - Average spin. Stiga Pro Carbon: Pros: - Good price. - Very light. Handle is long, and comfortable to hold. - Speed: Very fast, very bouncy. Cons: - Average construction and material quality. Average durability. - Very low spin abilities. To summarize, the Killerspin Jet 800 is an excellent, high quality ready made paddle for beginners and intermediate level players. However, the handle can be short for players with big hands. The Stiga Pro Carbon is light, very fast but with almost no spin. I canโt believe how the company and reviewers on the internet give it a 99 spin rating; it was impossible for me to return those top spins while playing with it. Itโs just bouncy with no control and no spin. But I like itโs blade, so I removed the rubbers and put on it something else. To conclude, I recommend the Killerspin Jet 800 for beginner and intermediate level players and do not recommend the Stiga Pro Carbon at all.

Best Paddle Ever
I have used plenty of other paddles in my 6 years of playing table tennis, and let me tell you, this is by far the best paddle I have used. It allows for insane spin, power, and speed. It will be a little too much for beginners to handle, though, because you have to know how to control the paddle to get the best out of it. Please buy if you want to up your game. Pros: - Well constructed racket with high-quality material. Durable. The moment you take it out of the box, you notice its high standard. - Weight: Just perfect. Has a really nice large sweet spot. - The blade is large, larger than the Stiga Pro Carbon, which allows better defending especially when returning those smashes. - Great speed; but still allows for good control - Amazing spin capability Cons - A little on the expensive side.

Aggressive, Weighty, Wonderful
I've been using this paddle for about three years now, and this thing performs! There's ample speed and power you can achieve with this paddle. While the weight might be a bit much for some, I prefer to play with the slightly heavier weight. The rubbers are pretty tacky, and the paddle has lots of potential for spin shots. This paddle loves to loop aggressive top spin, but does just fine playing a choppy defense as well. All in all: the JET800 is a versatile, great all-around paddle leaning towards a more aggressive style of play. If you find you want a bit more power and speed on your shots, this is the paddle for you!

Good choice for pre-assembled rackets
If your want to improve your techniques to an intermediate or advanced level and your don't want to build your own racket, not sure about the combination of existing rubber/blade to put together or you obviously don't want to spend lots of money to build your own racket and cross your finger for the outcome. I would recommend you to choose Jet800. I am consider myself as an intermediate player (not a pro). I look for different pre-assembled rackets (blade and rubber) and after reading lots of reviews I chosen this one and I am pleased with my choice. The rubber is REALLY FAST even with a little tap you can pass the ball. Spin is awesome and you can easily twist the ball. I am really liked the racket. It is hard for the beginners to play with these type of rubber because it might be hard for them to control the ball and all being said it is a little heavy but not that much. PS. I bought "Butterfly Zhang Jike Box Set" but it was horrible it didn't have good speed and spin and it was too slow. Killerspin jet800 is much better choice.

Rubber is very vulnerable.
Update 2017-12-18 1 Year later. My paddle broke in two pieces. Just waving it around. Didn't even hit the ball when it broke. I am very careful with this paddle. Avoid hitting the table at all cost. But from the beginning it appeared to be lousy quality. Rubber was getting chipped easily and started coming lose only couple months into playing. I play at work a simple game few times a week. Not hard hitting. Wondering if it really was a genuine Killerspin. ----------------------------------------------------------------- It's very grippy, which is awesome, but a little on the heavy side. Comparing it with a Stiga Evolution it's definitely heavier. Also it's quite fragile. The rubber is brittle and it takes little light contact with the table to rip little chunks out of the rubber and dent the frame. It takes a lot more force on other paddles. Lightly scraped it along the table corner one time trying to get a ball and it ripped a nice "tear" in the rubber. It's not a tear that goes all the way through, but leaves the rubber like fish scales. Hence rubber cohesion is not the best. Not sure if that is the reason these paddles were on significant sale, since other Killerspin paddles don't have the problem or it is something that comes with grippy and thus soft rubber. Little disappointed that my new fancy paddle is already looking like it's been through hell. And I am a careful player.

Best paddle I have ever used
I originally purchased the Jet200 paddle from killerspin and it immediately improved my game. I started being able to control my top spin and dropping in power shots that would sail over the table previously. After a few months of using the Jet200 I decided I needed a little more control for my skills. I decided to buy the jet800 and when I pulled it out of the box and smelled that new paddle smell I knew it was game over for my co workers. I immediately crushed their hopes of being the best ping pong player in the office. Honestly I can put whatever kind of spin I want on the ball with this paddle and its kind of tough to go back to using any other paddle because I don't have the same control. Definitely worth the buy.
