This solar panel is great value for money but don't expect 100W from it. In my experience the wattage quoted for all solar panels is optimistic and this one is the same.I measured the current flow into a battery in full summer sun and it was around 6A to 7A so maybe 80W at best.This is partly due to the panel Voltage being held down to 12V as it is tested at 20V and partly due to us living in the UK but this needs to be taken into account. An MPPT charge controller would help with this but they also have losses.Be sure to use a charge controller of some kind though or the battery will be killed in no time with over voltage.

i have had a lot of ecoworthy panels in the past and they have been good quality and well made,jot this new type to fit on my shed as they ware the right size to fit. noticed the connection to the mc4 connectordid not seem to be a very good fit looks like it has been over crimp fitted the panels any way. after about a week went to check output and found no voltage from two of the panels. found the cable had Brocken off from the insert in the mc4 connector fitted a new end panel now working ok looks like they go down on quality with this panelthe mc4 connectors do not look as good quality as the bigger panels no very happy as I had to remove all 4 panels to check all connection. Looks more like a downgraded than upgraded.

Installed this panel in series with a similar existing panel on my motorhome roof. Had to buy some upvc mounting feet which screwed to the sides of the panel and stuck to the roof with Sikaflex. Also needed a set of extension leads and mc4 connectors as the existing panel used a different type. Working well.

Really easy to install came with full instructions would definitely buy again as thinking of buying another one

Purchased to mount on caravan roof for off grid camping. The panel works really well even in dull conditions, I went for this type after the flexible one failed miserably after three years, a total let down. Keep in mind it is a big job to replace a panel so you don't want to do it as a regular exercise. Top performer so far and the only little niggles I have is the underside sealant/adhesive had not sealed the underside to the aluminium frame so I had to go around it with sealant to keep the weather out. The corners of the frame were very sharp so the mounting pieces tended to move slightly and I didn't want to screw the brackets and distort the frame so I sanded the corners so they fitted snugly, the mounting brackets were also Eco Worthy so no excuses there. Overall I am pleased with the panel but get the manufacturer to do better inspection before shipping.Update...Camping off grid for several weeks and panel performance dropped to almost zero. This was due to water ingress in the MC4 connectors which appear to be very poor quality and no where near waterproof.Due to the poor quality of the manufacturing / inspection and the disastrous MC4 connections I would not recommend this brand of solar panel and I have reduced the rating from four stars to one. The panel output is now working as it should after replacing the connecting plugs. If it was not fixed I would have asked for a refund.

This was added to my 20 panels array some 4 years old working amazing quality my older ones working as well as the new ones super quality great attention to detail
