G & S Metal Products Company OvenStuff Nonstick Cookie Slider Baking Sheets, Set of 2, Gray

I've been trying to find actual cookie sheets (without a lip on them) for a very long time and everyone just advertises baking sheets as cookie sheets now. These are a great price and very sturdy. The non-stick coating makes them easy to clean as well, so they seem like they will last much longer than the thin aluminum cookie sheets that I remember from Grandma's house.

Works as advertised!

I didn't realize when I bought these that they were two different sizes! That's on me. I clearly wasn't paying attention. The small one is a lot smaller than the larger, classic cookie sheet-sized pan. But I've already used it for baking soda bread, so it won't go to waste. These seemed fairly sturdy at first, but after the third round of a marathon day of baking, I started hearing strange pops from my oven. The pan was bending and flexing! It was so weird! I kept using it for the rest of the day because I only had two pans. It didn't mess up any of the cookies I was making and the heat distribution was excellent. But all of the noise that kept coming from the oven was very disconcerting! I wouldn't want to use these with anything delicate that needed to be kept still! But for your average cookie, they're fine.

The cookie sheets that we’ve had for years are double layered, these are not. These are pretty thin, and a bit wobbly. There is a lip underneath that wraps around and tends to get caught when trying to pull off of the oven rack. They are decent for the price. The cookies that we baked on them baked A LOT faster than they did an our older ones. if your cookie recipe time in oven is typically seven minutes, only keep them in for five minutes when using these. All in all they’re not bad, it just took us some experimenting to figure out how to use them. The Teflon layer is wonderful, the cookies slip right off after they are cooled. No need for shortening or parchment paper with these.

Just wish this had a little more of a ridge.

These are super nice. Clean well and are super nonstick. Recommend.

Gave as a gift & it wasnt in great shape, but dont want to hassle with return/replacement.

These pans are worth every penny. They are super non stick to the point you need to be careful not to let the food slide off into the oven or on the floor
