 I had this scooter for a couple weeks now and I absolutely love it!Packaging:I ordered the red and for some reason, it came in a box with a blue scooter on the front. I was afraid that perhaps they sent me the wrong color but when I opened the box, the scooter was red so no issue there.Quality:The quality with this hover board was beyond expected. The price was cheap so part of me was expecting junk but I was pleasantly surprised to find something A+ quality. The frame is heavy plastic/metal, the tires are strong and the lights are bright in both daylight and night. The display is a bit hard to see when you're in direct sunlight but it's nothing too annoying.Features:It's been a couple weeks or so since I had this scooter but I feel like I'm discovering new features all the time. The primary "calling card" of this scooter is its balancing technology and let me tell you: it works! I thought it was just going to be some gimmicky thing but it really is much easier to ride! A first timer can jump on and be on the way in the manner of minutes versus the steeper learning curve for other types of scooters.I also love the display on this. It has an actual charging bar to let you know your battery levels (other scooter didn't have this), a speed per hour display and Bluetooth connectivity. I haven't really messed around with the Bluetooth functionality but I do know it can connect to various apps and stuff so that's a cool feature to play around with in the future.BatteryOne concern I had with these scooters is the battery but so far, I've had no issues. The scooter has a certification in the manual/box that shows it's a "new" type of battery that doesn't get hot enough to catch fire. The charge has been great. The charger plugs into a 3 pronged port and plugs into a regular outlet. The battery charges fairly quick. I've drained the battery completely and I was back at a full charge within 3 hrs or so. I'm not sure what the battery life is if you're using the scooter non stop all day but I've had it last all day riding it around on and off for fairly long bursts.The ride:I love the ride on this thing! It works like a traditional hover board scooter: you lean your feet forward to go, lean to the right to go right, lean to the left to go left. The harder you lean, the faster you go. There's still a bit of a learning curve to get comfortable with it but the self balancing feature of the board makes the balancing part very easy. The ride itself is very smooth. The board comes with big, thick wheels that can handle various surfaces without much issue. I've ridden the board on gravel and it went fine with no over bumpinessConclusion:This scooter is beyond worth it for the price and quality you get. It's especially good for first timers that want to get on quickly and just ride. I definitely love this Levit8ion brand and will be picking up another one as a gift!

Partially our fault, but we ordered this and didn’t check it right when it arrived. We made the assumption that a $300 piece of equipment would work. Sadly, it’s two days before Christmas and we pull it out of the box to charge it before Christmas only to find out it doesn’t work. So now we have a dilemma for our son who won’t be getting a gift this year. It sparks when plugged in (doesn’t appear safe AT ALL) and turns on when plugged in, but doesn’t remain on when plug is pulled out despite saying the battery is fully charged. Now we are stuck finding a replacement gift tomorrow, and our son specifically asked for this. Very very disappointed in the quality of this product.

Had this for a week. It works well. Very sturdy.The handle is a great addition. I assume the 7.5” wheels are better than the standard 6” wheels. Bluetooth connection is easy.Currently the issue I have is finding the correct app and getting it to work. It mentions an app several times in the manual, but doesn’t give the name. Not many findings when I google Levit8ion Ultra. I did find where I believe KOOWHEEL is the app I should use. The problem is that it asks for a 6 digit password that I cannot find in the manual. I think there are several options with this board that I cannot use yet because of not having access to the app.I’ll update if/when I figure it out.

I purchased the Levit8ion board for my grandson for Christmas. It worked great for the first day, the next day he went to use it and it was making a solid tone. He did the reset that the instructions tell you to do but it still would not work. It would not stop making the tone and would not run. I called Levit8ion to ask what I could do. The person that asnswered the phone didn’t have a clue. I asked if I could speak to a tech, he didn’t say anything but asked someone else what to do. He said to remove the battery and see if that worked. I didn’t want to void the warranty so I called Amazon. Amazon was great, they sent me a new board that I received in two days. I will send in another review after my grandson gets to use the board. The board was very nice, heavy duty, sturdy, seemed to be a quality item. Levit8ion should have a tech unit and also better instructions that show what to do if you are having problems. There wasn’t anything on line or in the instructions to help with the tone problem.

Very easy to ride. Battery last a long time. Bluetooth speakers are awesome and headlight is very bright for night riding. I bought this for my daughter but find myself riding it as much as her when I can get it away from her. Not a negative but an on/off switch for the head light would be nice. Quality appears to be good and thus far no issues. All around great product that I would recommend and buy again.

I bought this for my daughter right after Christmas’s bcoz her brother had one for Christmas. California has been raining ever since mid January so the kids would use hooverboards in the house for very short periods of time .may be once in two weeks or so. They noticed that this one made some noise and was having a hard time charging . They put it back and I told them we would look in to it . We tried to trouble shoot and reset but it still doesn’t charge . I’m trying to return it but I guess the window for return has passed ..so there goes my money wasted .. I gave two starts bcoz when it works it’s a smooth solid ride .

I bought this for my son for his birthday, and so far, we're really impressed! It has a solid frame and many nice features that the others we looked at did not. He's able to ride it for a long time before the battery runs down. How long? Quite a while, but I haven't timed it. He's been non-stop on it for at least 5 or 6 hours. The bluetooth speaker actually sounds good too! Another great feature is the sensor for the light.....if you ride into a dark room, it automatically turns on. I'm now considering one for myself. It's sturdy enough for me too! We love it!
