I bought this product because I was experiencing painful oral thrush for weeks. I had excess yeast buildup in my mouth, severe dry mouth, my tongue was raw and burning and I could hardly eat or drink anything at all. Through some online research I learned probiotics could be an effective treatment for what I was experiencing. By the time I came across this product my symptoms had become so painful and unbearable that I decided to give it a try. But honestly, I would have tried anything at that point! I didn’t know what to expect but I’ve been using this product for 3 weeks and it has totally given me back my ability to eat! It’s relieved the painful oral thrush symptoms I was having and settled my stomach at the same time! There is no more burning or yeast build up and my tongue is almost completely healed. I'm extremely skeptical of para-medical and even routine medical promises, so I drilled deep and researched very thoroughly about this PROBIOTICS subject. I had heard for a very long time about prebiotics & probiotics & the intestinal flora. And then read a great deal about it. And how good health begins in the gut. And how after a dose of antibiotics, we have to eat yogurts or other things, because both the good and bad germs in our gut both take a hit. And it's therefore wise to restore the probiotic level afterwards. So after hearing these things for many years I was superficially aware of them. As a sixty year old who is super conscious of my health (no smoke, no booze, no drugs, no fried foods, follow USDA pyramid). I thought what the hell else is there I couId possibly do, so I explored further, Mainly because I have heard & learned the warning 'Not to go frail into old age' (do not go gentle into that good night). I delberatly avoided the hoaky websites and look for the FDA seal of approval on what I read, or at least read from Hopkins or WebMd or legit sources. Then armed with much more than any laymans knowledge, I decided it was time for my own experiment & try it. But yes, go ahead and try it. SO I continue to read the labels on the shelf in the pharmacy, then came home and compared numbers. I went to mighty Amazon, and sorted by RATINGS. WHich to me was important, RATING BY ACTUAL USERS. After all the due diligence, Found this Purely Optimal 60 billion brand and clicked on it, at my door next day and popped my first pill. Within ten days felt excellent results. Main changes for me were/are "MENTAL CLARITY & POO POO & LOSING WEIGHT". It's been 45 days now,no more constipation, went down to an incredible all year low of 243.5 lbs and my head fog cleared up. I have struggled with my weight and with a condition known as acid reflux and involuntary regurgitation for years. It was absolutely getting in the way of my well being. I had accumulated so much bloat during quarantine through bad eating habits and just not having the energy to exercise. A coworker was losing weight and glowing and I asked her her secret. She recommended these probiotics with a detox apple cider concoction and a work out regime and honestly? I’ve only done the probiotics and feel so much better. My fiancé even asks if I’ve lost weight and even though I haven’t lost a single inch I look and feel better since I don’t have bloat making me feel and look puffy! I usually am not the type to give into trendy diets and weight loss schemes and I haven’t experienced any weight loss from this product, however my weight is now distributed evenly and I don’t feel swollen at all. I take it every morning with my coffee. It does a great job of mildly suppressing my appetite and keeping me from feeling hangry or getting agitated with hunger. My clothes look better on my frame and I have had an increase in confidence since beginning these several months ago. Not to be too detailed, I’m also extremely regular now with bm’s. This product was a great price and works very affectively. Not only is it easy to swallow it has no smell and no taste or usually take it with breakfast and I’ve had no side effects it helps with my digestion overall very well and I would definitely recommend this product. It’s the 30 days so one month capsule supplies a dietary supplement and a definite is pure quality and you do get optimal results. The mission is to give you a product that contributes to your health and helps you definitely digest food better with less stomach aches which is what made me try the product in the first place. I have told family about it and they’re going to try it as well because that’s how beneficial this product has been! I would recommend and encourage others to try this product and I give it a 5/5 stars! Which is not seen often of me.

The health issues Im trying to address: histamine excess (immune), digestion issues, food sensitivities (gut health), potential gut flora imbalance, cholesterol. So far so good. I take at bedtime to improve gut health, as I recently had to stop eating yogurt. (all milk products) I have yet to see if my cholesterol improves, but that would be awesome, as diet and exercise can only do so much as long as I still eat chicken and beef occaisionally. My hypothyroidism predisoses me to higher cholesterol, but I have hopes to lower TC regardless. I was impressed by the formula, and I hope to use this product long term. I still have bloating after eating fruit (yeast imbalance? lack of enzymes?) so I am hoping this supplement can help, over time as I heal, with these possible issues as well. My Naturopath and I have different opinions about when to take a supplement such as this.... with meal or at bedtime, so I wish there was guidance in your insert or on bottle to what you think might be more beneficial. I tried at meals...seemed to make me feel worse. So I take at bedtime, when the gut is not digesting as much and gives probiotics time to repopulate and enzymes to work-on/digest non-beneficial organisms (yeast). That is my plan. 2years later: stopped using. Product contains Inulin, which I finally isolated as a problem for me. It is a prebiotic... but I'm taking a probiotic to take care of undigested sugars in my gut... I don't want to add more problematic 'sugars' to my gut. I stopped taking, got better about not eating simple carbs and sugar, and gut is better. If trying to just add gut flora, and you dont have other problems, formula looks good.

The 60 Billion CFU product caused my bowel movements to return to a Regular daily Full movement..and less gas in my belly also. Over a long period of time..perhaps a year or more........... I had sadly shifted to a not optimal situation of having a bowel movement Only Every 3 days. Not good ! I also had lots of gas / flatulence many hours after eating. I read on a review at Amazon that the reviewer had experienced getting back to a Full normal bowel movement after about 15 days of using the product...so based on that review, I decided to try it. My results were really as best as I might have expected. I am 63 years of age and eat pretty healthy...including never eating fried foods.... After using the Purely Optimal 60 billion CFU product......within a few days I started having more frequent (once a day) very Full bowel movements. Within 10 days I was having a daily Full bowel movement about 2 of every 3 days. Great Progress ! Then after about 15 days into using the product... I was having a Full bowel movement 6 days....a week ...almost 7 days a week...All Right ! Great ...I could see some reduction in the size of my belly...it was somewhat smaller and not near as fully bloated with gas as I had experienced most of the time....before the product....! But as further proof that the product worked...........Then I ran out of the product after the 30 days on my first bottle...and slowly these last couple of months I have sadly slipped back to only having a bowel movement about every third day...and some are too small...and then on some days some are large..as if to Catch Up. This is anecdotal to me alone...but it was crystal clear that the 60 Billion CFU Probiotic dramatically changed my bowel movement by halfway thru the 30 daily capsule bottle. But Alas after finishing the 30 day bottle and not replacing / refilling the product I pretty soon slipped back to the Old pattern of Only having a bowel movement every 3 days Or so..........after stopping the product. This is very telling for Me ! The product caused the change back to a normal Daily bowel movement and when I stopped (ran out) of the product I slipped backward and Lost my progress !

I told my husband that as a woman approaching 40, having stomach issues with certain foods, bowel movements only once a week, and acne breakouts more often, all these issues had me thinking of my gut health and probiotics. So I looked at the reviews and have been taking this for about 2 1/2 weeks. I've already drastically cut back on consuming peanut butter, chocolate and rice from my diet since those seemed to be triggering unusual symptoms for me. The first week I took one pill every night (since I don't have good luck with pills in the a.m.) and noticed that immediately the next morning I was extremely fatigued and had a difficult time waking up. Thought maybe it was just age related stuff creeping up on me. Next week I decided to take one pill in the later morning after breakfast. By 4pm I was ready to take a hard nap; it was a wave of fatigue again but now before dinner! My stomach issues didn't change much and I still only had a BM once a week. My acne was still going strong but slowly starting to clear up. I was set to keep going on my daily pill to see if things cleared up, but the constant fatigue was not fun so I quit taking it. Maybe this wasn't a good type of probiotic for me, but I'm willing to try another brand to see if there would be any positive changes; although, I am glad it works for other people!
