Homesolv Liquid Laundry Detergent HE 2X, Lavender Bergamot, 50 Fluid Ounces (Pack of 6)

I want to rub this detergent all over my body. The lavender bergamot is such a sexy scent. I love it every time I pour it! It sounds like it would be girly, floral, but the combination of lavender with bergamot is actually sort of manly without the musk. There is NO detectable smell after laundry is washed and dried however, which isn't a bad thing. It's annoying that these are sold in bulk but in small containers as it's super wasteful. It's a great concentrate that cleans well. I highly recommend it! If only to smell it....mmm....

They accidently sent the lavender one, but I used it anyway. It is an excellent all natural cleaner and works wonders. The lavender does NOT clean tough sports grime like the orange one does. The lavender is more for everyday washing while the orange worked better on tougher stains, like boys who like to get dirty type grime.

This is a great detergent. Sometimes I've been disappointed with the cleaning power of 'green' products, but not with this one. Just a small amount (I use to the first line on the cap for all but the largest loads) is enough and the clothes always come out clean. The aroma is great too - I'm finding that strong, artificial perfumes are more and more annoying to me, but the smell of this detergent is not too strong and very natural. Highly recommended.

Works OK, smells OK, but has laureth and SLS as ingredients #2 and 3 - not even towards the end of the list or anything. Also contains MIT and BIT (the last on the list, fortunately, as they are worse than SLS). I don't consider this product to be natural and won't buy it again. I don't know if the SLS in this product also means it contains 1,4-dioxane (which is often the case) but I do not need products with SLS. Good detergent can be made with stuff like citric acid and borax without touching 1,4-dioxane. Maybe I should make my own. In any case, if I don't, I will buy something else.I'll try and edit this and add a full ingredient list later if I remember but I only mentioned a couple of the bad ingredients... there are more of them further down the list.Edit to add: The ingredients I have an issue with are also present in most name brand detergents. "Why 2 stars, then?" you might ask. Well, it's because this detergent specifically advertised itself as natural, and it's not natural. It's probably not any worse than, say, Tide or whatever. But if you are on this page specifically looking for a natural alternative to common stuff like Tide, I'd say this is not the right choice.

I ordered this and got it 3 days later.It came from Texas to Ohio. I was so worried after reading all the bad shipping reviews! Mine were 6 orange like I ordered and were not leaky.It has a light orange scent not overpowering at all.I have been using Ecos Free & Clear and do not like it! It has great reviews but it left my husbands clothes like they still needed washed. I got this because I am still trying to find an affordable natural detergent that actually cleans! So my point is the shipping was fine and so is this product.

i ordered the 6 pack of lavender bergamot detergent, fed ex delivered the box and it smelled of detergent before i opened the box. when i opened the box, the 6 bottles were in a plastic bag and one of the bottles had leaked (more than 1/2 the product had leaked in the bag). this made it somewhat messy since all the bottles were now covered in detergent.the other issue i had was that i was sent 3 of the orange and 3 of the lavender when i ordered 6.called amazon and they were most helpful. i read the reviews for the Citra Suds Natural Laundry Detergent, HE 2x Liquid Concentrate, valencia orange and those 3 reviews were about the bad packaging/shipping...so, overall, i like the product...but how it gets to you is another story...

Its ok, can not tell anything great about it

Wonderful product especially for those with sensitive skin, but everyone has to accept the fact that this company, even after months/years of selling this product, has not resolved the problem of screwing the lids of the detergent bottles on so that the stuff doesn't leak. They've bagged it, sealed it with tape, boxed it and shipped it, but the fact remains: if the lids are not securely and tightly screwed on, the company will continue to suffer loss with the online sale of this product. I waited for over and month and a half and made three phone calls to Amazon before my replacement shipment was sent after the first was reported "damaged in shipping". After giving up hope that I would ever get the product, I asked them to remove the charge from my card, but they would not. I accrued interest on the $38 charge after 30 days while Amazon did nothing. In the end, I finally got the stuff, but it was a battle to get this purchase completed.
