LOCTOTE Flak Sack SPORT - Lightweight Theft-Resistant Drawstring Backpack

I am very upset with the quality from LocTote and can not personally recommend this product to anyone. Please read before purchasing or you will regret it!?!! LolIt is a pretty cool bag, very durable and can easily lock itself on many different things while traveling. Has a few pockets inside which is convient for traveling. Would of given it 4-5 stars if it worked as advertised and didn’t make our first day of vacation miserable. It caused way more of a headache than it was worth DO NOT USE THE LOCK PROVIDED!!!!first time using it the lock decided to change its combination on us, securing itself to a fence along side of the beach with no way to remove it.. (product does work great. A pain in the ass to get off without a lock!! Very hard to steal) Nothing feels worse than to be in a foreign country and have all of your valuables/IDs locked up in a bag that won’t unlock itself....I thought it could of been us setting the combo wrong since when we did get it unlocked we realized the combo changed by 1 number.Well I didn’t use the lock again till returning home and I tried it out once more. Again after locking it, it has once again changed combos and I can still not open the lock.If you get the bag don’t use the lock or you will have to destroy property in a forgien county to get your stuff back out of the bag..

LocTote:I fell in love with this bag the moment I saw it and knew I had to have it.I went back and forth on wether or not to purchase because of the price $95 but eventually gave in even after reading some mixed reviews.I read that several people had problems with the lock resetting itself and not being able to unlock their bag. I also read how great it was when at the beach or pool and being able to secure and lock important things like a camera, wallet, phone etc.I ended up purchasing the LOCTOTE Flak Sack Sport through the Amazon website a month before my trip. It sat in the cool bag it came in until I was ready to go. I packed it up, locked it and headed out.My love was short lived while after a day of use, my lock reset itself! I could not believe it. My things were locked in my bag, thank GOODNESS I didn’t attach it to a pole or chair. I managed to squeeze my things out of the bag and quickly contacted LocTote to let them know what happened. My return window to amazon had just passed so that’s the reason I reached out to LocTote first.I was assured that “this happens” and was given instructions on how to “crack” the code on my reset lock. I was relieved and puzzled because on one hand I wanted to get the lock off the bag and on the other was like, should it be easy to open this if I’m trying to prevent people from opening it? Anyway, I couldn’t get the darn thing open and could not use the bag the rest of my trip.When I finally got home, I was able to crack the lock and was SO happy! Then I noticed that the strap coming out of the top had metal sticking out of it. I read how sturdy and cut proof, theft proof this bag is and yet mine is already falling apart after 1 day of use!Once again I reached out to LocTote and let them know how stoked I was to gets the lock open and off the bag, but how I can’t use it because of the mete al sticking out of the strap. I asked if I could please get a replacement bag. I said I could send the bag I have now back and would really just love a replacement. I didn’t ask for a refund. Just a replacement. I was was emailed the following response:“Hey, Unfortunately, orders are only covered by warranty if they are ordered directly off of our website.I can give you a 50% discount code if you would like to order a bag directly off of our website. Let me know,Christopher Loctote Team”Not only is this unexceptional, but I will NEVER purchase a LocTote item again!I would not recommend this products quality or LosTote’s customer service!Amazon was kind enough to send a new bag after I contacted them and let them know the situation. I am so pleased with amazons customer service!

Ok bag. The lock seems weak but functional, would probably break easily if some force was applied . The opening after locking the top is large enough for my wife to fit her hand into! Tight but she did it and could retrieve small objects. It's light enough. The double traps don't naturally come out even when tightening. Very annoying as instead of two straps supporting the weight around each shoulder, it would be one and the other one loose and hanging. For $15-$20 I may have kept it but for $100, I would expect much higher quality!!!

Absolutely love it!Needed a bag to store my valuable stuff in while at work, since we don't have lockable storage available to us.I was surprised with the weight of the bag. Definitely very sturdy and rugged feeling.Not much to say against the bag honestly, but there are some things that I would maybe look forward to seeing some changes on in the future.1. Colors- I would have loved to see a few more options, red in particular. Though I will say the grey is nice and I have zero issues with it.2. Inner storage- There is one zipper pouch which is rfid blocking and two slip pockets (for lack of better term) that don't close. I would have liked to see those extra slip pockets have some method to close them. Whether that be velcro, some sort of snap button, or whatever else they could have thought of.I will say, I like the zipper pocket a lot, as the soft material inside gives me comfort of putting my Note 9. And although the slip pockets don't close, they are rather deep and can definitely be utilized.3. The lock- It would have been nice to see an option for a different type of lock. A bit sturdier lock, or a key lock, or just anything other than what it came with. The lock is the portion I was least impressed with, though at the end of the day, it does its job, it works fine, no issues whatsoever. So it's honestly me just critiquing with a fine tooth comb. But I will say, the Loctote patch that doubles as the lock pocket is genius and a really nice touch.Overall I love the bag....are there some things I would change that would make me love the bag even more?...Sure. But that doesn't take away from how much I enjoy and appreciate it.If I had need for another, I'd buy one just as it is without any changes. BUT with a few changes, I'd buy another regardless needing one or not
