I bought the “Enzyme” version of Dr Kahana products. I was diagnosed with non alcoholic “groove pancreatitis” I am a registered nurse and absolutely verified if he was a Gastrointestinal Doctor. I did this because he would know what would be beneficial for GI issues. I was hospitalized with pancreatitis twice. I never understood what the trigger was for my second hospitalization. The first was fat. ..When I changed my diet to low to fat free I did well for a few months. I was eating cruciferous veggies and lean meats. By the time the second hospitalization occurred I was doing well until one day I was eating large amounts of broccoli and cauliflower. Believe it or not these were my trigger because they were gaseous. I ate to much of these things and it was the amount that was my trigger for my second hospitalization . Im not telling to to stop eating veggies I am telling you that I took this product to test to see if it works in conjunction with products like simethicone. It does work very well and I believe it truly works so much so I subscribed to monthly mailings. I never EVER push a product that doesn't work. I also gave it five stars because I believe it cured my enflamed pancreas. I am very careful to keep hydrated, take two capsules regularly of Dr Kahanas “Enzyme” in addition to taking simethicone on a day when I enjoy my broccoli. So far! So good! Thank you Dr Kahana! This enzyme is the only one that had worked for me. I've tried many different ones that have had no affect on me at all. This one makes me feel empty and less bloated.

This is a real testimony. This works. I can eat without any pain or issues of inflammation.

Highly Disappointed. Most supplements are now soy and wheat free. THIS PRODUCT IS NOT! When I ordered it, soy and wheat were not part off the description. The current description has soy and wheat listed four or five panels down. And it is not in the general description. It seems counter-intuitive to make a digestive product full of ingredients that someone with digestive issues can't tolerate. Knowing I cannot return this supplement, I have been looking for a friend who might like to try this, but so far No Luck! Anyone with digestive issues generally avoids soy, wheat and milk, whether or not they have an allergy. I feel this company misrepresentd their product by not disclosing these ingredients when I ordered this product. It also is hard to believe it is effective for digestive support with these know allergens.

I paid a lot of money for this supplement and took it as directed however after I took the first tablet and about 30 minutes later, had severe stomach cramps and burning in my stomach. I am afraid to take another tablet. Can a doctor related to this product kindly advise? If not how do i get a refund. . .

Its 18 enzymes and saccharomyces boulardii probiotic are really helpful for digesting various kinds of foods. Amazon's quick delivery is really helpful, although the manufacturer could offer a better deal if you need taking the enzymes for a long time.
