Great quality
If it wasn't for people's reviews, there is nothing in instructions that you have to dismantle half of unit to fit pipes in.It took us two days and loads of anger untill I read many reviews to find one which suggested to unscrew all cams and take front of unit off, as it comes in one piece already.Other than that I am very happy with quality and sleek design.

Misleading listing. Product not as shown in main picture
Toilet is not the one shown in the main picture with the seat concealed under the lid, and doesn't have a smooth-sided pedestal. It is actually the one shown in another picture in the images. Had I known that it was not the one I saw in the main image but one with a much cheaper looking seat and less clean lines design, I would never have bought it.Also the cabinet is damaged on one corner and the removalable front access panel is ill-fitting so it doesn't stay seated in the clip and keeps popping out.

basic DIY skills required
The first big surprise here was that this comes in four separate boxes, WC pan, toilet seat, back cabinet and the cistern, which is all very good as the WC and cabinet are quite heavy. The second was the cabinet was supplied ready assembled with a lift off lid.The downside is you need to cut the holes for the water in and for the WC pan [and any other pipes etc that may pass behind your cabinet]. This shouldn't be a surprise as all houses are going to be different. The cistern needs to be fixed up [which is common for all self builds I've seen] but it's all relatively straight forward. If you do somehow hit a snag, have a cup of tea and come back to it.The quality of the items was very good and the weight of the WC pan and cabinet suggests better quality than my local DIY stores, which seem lightweight by comparison, and was also a lot cheaper as well. Easily, for me, a ***** choice.

Not the easiest of systems to fit
Arrived in super quick time and were very helpful when i needed to change the back unit to a 200mm.I just fitted the toilet, my only negative comments on this model of pan and back unit are that, to get the pipes to fit correctly for the waste and water for the flush you need the panel off, then slide the panel down over the back of the toilet, some models use a click in system for fixing, this does not, uses pegs and locks, which are of no use, also removed the dowels. Luckily the toilet pan holds it in place and you can fit a couple of L brackets to secure or purchase the right fixings. Also you need to fit the toilet seat before fitting the pan as the holes for securing, are within the ceramic pan rather than accessible from the side like some pan models available. The seat does not tighten sufficiently, so i added some sealant under the seat bracket then tightened and its held, but not ideal. To sum up, i would say a great service from the company and very helpful, but this back to the wall toilet is not for the amateur DIYer and not the best i have had to fit in terms of ease of fitment, but does the job

Happy purchase
Very pleased with this purchase and in our older property and hides an ugly cast iron waste pipe and stopcock so 600mm width is ideal. The cabinet is a gloss finish and I can see dropping something on the top surface would dent or scratch surface so think protecting what is the top of unit might be necessary particularly if you have bathroom accessories. Visually it looks very good. The toilet is a comfortable shape and understand my family very happy with all functions. The pneumatic flush which moves 6 litres of water into the loo is very quiet and in fact after the old system desirable.

Good value.
Looks good. Delivered on time and in good condition. The vanity unit is strong, well made and very nicely finished. The pan is good quality and comes with floor fixings. My only criticism is that no paper templates are supplied to assist in marking out the position for the pan. A template would have made drilling the floor and cutting the wall unit much less stressful. However now it's in and looks great and I'm a happy bunny.
